HORRIBLE - BEWAREMONTE ARGENTINIOThis property is in a very remote area accessed by a winding road with many hairpin bends. At the front gate guests are confronted with a very steep driveway covered with loose gravel. My car has All Wheel Drive and it skidded and slipped getting up the hill. A full 4WD vehicle is needed to be safe. The accommodation is described as a "villa" which is laughable. It is actually a pokey one bedroom annex, like a granny flat. The place advertises a washing machine which is 70 metres further up the steep gravel driveway on the roof of the owners villa, accessed by a steep metal fire escape style ladder. In the highlights on the internet listing it says “On the beach - A rare beachfront property in the area - enjoy direct access to the sand and sea.” giving a totally false impression. Yes, the fine print states that a “10 minute drive by car” is required but fails to mention the steep access to the beach. By no stretch of the imagination can this property claim to be “On the beach”. When my flight was delayed I tried to contact the owner who had provided a 33 number instead of the 39 code. When I was finally able to tell her I could not stay becauseI I have a mobility disability she rudely said "Not my problem". She took a week to respond to my written complaint and flatly refused to negotiate even a partial refund. I had to find alternative lodging at very short notice which was stressful and expense. BE WARNED A MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
