Apartment Burrianabeach C is a compact, modern, fully air-conditioned apartment, located on the 2nd floor of an apartment block with access via lift or stairs. Its location, overlooking the beach towards the eastern end of Burriana, means you can be enjoying all the facilities and amenities of the best beach area in Nerja as soon as you leave the apartment building. Nerja town and the famous Balcon area are within 20 minutes walk.



Offering lovely views of Burriana beach and the sea from the balcony, this two bedroom apartment has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with capacity for 4 guests.



The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:



Outside: Balcony with patio furniture overlooking Burriana beach.



Inside: Air conditioning throughout the property (also heats in the cooler months), iron, hair dryer,, private covered parking space for one car.



In the kitchen, the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The property has one bathroom with one with bath/shower and wc.



Apartment Burrianabeach C a is located 70 km from Malaga airport, 110 km from Granada airport, 1.5 km from Nerja bus station,50 metres from a small local supermarket, the beautiful Burriana beach and restaurants, 1.6 km from the famous Balcon de Europa, 8 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 4.5 km from the famous Nerja Caves, 2 km from the Rio Chillar river with interesting treks along its course, 26 km from Aquavelis water park, 29 km from Baviera Golf course, 100 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada.



The apartment is situated in a safe, family-friendly residential neighbourhood and is a popular choice for both families with young children and couples.



A car is recommended for visitors to the property, however the apartment's convenient location, close to all the amenities in Nerja, means that it's quite possible to enjoy your stay here without a car. We have an arrangement with a friendly local taxi driver who offers a competitively-priced airport transfer if required.

Location superb, apartment lovely with a great balcony, sun all day.Only one downside is the supermarket was closed nearby jan-march, so a 12 minute walk uphill to the mercadona.

Perfect apartment near Burriana beach

We had a wonderful holiday at this apartment. From the very beginning of the booking process, everything was very smooth, while Mirabel and the team at Spanish Sun Rentals kept in contact with us throughout our stay. The apartment's location is fantastic, less than a five-minute walk to the sea. We had a hire car, but hardly used it at all, as it was so easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and to the centre of Nerja. There are excellent restaurants within a short walking distance. It wax really comfortable, and very well equipped, with a lovely balcony, and great air-conditioning. I hope we will be back again! Perfect service, thank you so much

Het terras en het uitzicht zijn beide heel mooi. Er waren enkele niet-werkende faciliteiten, zoals oven en buitenverlichting. Keukeninrichting is niet helemaal compleet, enkele kapotte onderdelen.

Séjour Buriana beach

reveil face à la mer, petit déjeuner face à la mer, puis 50 pas et baignade bronzage. déjeuner à la Barca, baignade, bronzage. Retour 50 pas puis diner puis repos et on recommence pendant 7 jours....tout ça sans voiture ! ! ! Trop bien on recommence l'année prochaine.

Volveremos, sin lugar a duda!

Por problemas ajenos a la propiedad en la que estabamos alojados, nos tuvimos que cambiar de casa, y Spain Sun Rentals coordinó para que pudieramos pasar la ultima noche en este apartamento. Agradecer a ellos y a la dueña por su amabilidad y rápida gestión. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, a tan solo unos metros de la arena. unas vistas preciosas desde la terraza, muy cómodo. El ascensor tiene acceso desde el parking al apartamento, por lo que se resulta muy cómodo para subir maletas o compra.
