Nice updated 3 bedroom apartment in Playa de Alcudia, facing the sea connected directly to the sandy beach.



Nice apartment located next to the wonderful beach of Port Alcudia, with direct connection to the area beach and facing the sea, from which you benefit from a light breeze that will refresh you on hot summer days. This apartment can accommodate 6 people. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and is very well equipped, including air conditioning, internet or Smart TV.



The apartment is located in a building with only four apartments, so you will have great peace of mind. It consists of three bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two beds. It has a spacious living room with a large table, open kitchen and a comfortable sofa where you can relax or watch your favorite series on the Smart-TV. In the same area we have a newly renovated bathroom. From the living room through glass doors you have access to the terrace, there you can find a dining table and chairs to enjoy your meal outdoors and see the beach and the sea. Finally, and to make your stay more comfortable, on the street level there is a totally private bathroom with a shower, where you can take a small shower to wash off the sand or salt before entering the apartment.



Highly recommended for a pleasant beachfront vacation accompanied by your family and friends!

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is € 0.30 / Kw to pay on departure.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.

We have had a wonderful time in this apartment in the Playas de Muro. It is wintertime but the weather has been so lovely and we could have our meals on the balcony with direct sea view. The area is quiet and residential but there are shops, restaurants and supermarkets close by. The apartment is very clean and well decorated and it is literally next to the beach. We were met by Xisco from the agency who was very helpful both on check in and during our stay. We would defenitely recommend a stay in Vista Brava. Thank you so much!

Perfect family holiday in front of the beach

I recently stayed at Vista Brava and was really impressed. The 3 bedroom/2 bathroom layout was perfect for my family and the direct access to the beach was great. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which is really important in tropical climates like ours. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful beachside stay

My husband and I had a truly delightful time at Apartamento Vista Brava. The apartmentis very comfortable and was clean, but what really made our mornings special were the breakfasts on the terrace, such a treat with the sunshine. It was the perfect way to start each day. The property manager was incredibly helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for places to dine in the area. We tried several of them and were never disappointe, great food We spent most days relaxing on the beautiful beach just steps away, but also took advantage of the convenient bus connections to explore nearby towns. We visited Can Picafort, Alcudia old town, and Pollensa, all easily reachable with frequent buses. It was a great way to see more of Mallorca without needing a car. We’d happily return!

Family holiday in Mayorca

We stayed at Vista Brava with our family (two adults and three children). The apartment is very close to the beach, literally first-line, which made life so much easier with young children. The beach is wide, with fine sand and shallow water, perfect for little ones to splash around safely. The presence of lifeguards added peace of mind for us parents. The apartment is spacious (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare dinner in the evening after the kids were exhausted from the beach. The terrace facing the sea became our favourite place: after dinner we’d sit there, enjoy the sound of the waves and chat while the children . What we loved most was the combination of kids feeling free and safe on the beach and we enjoyed and relax. Highly recommended for families with children.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt mit Blick auf‘s Meer

Von Beginn an haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt jede Minute genossen. Bei Fragen und kleineren Schwierigkeiten gab es sofortige Rückmeldung und Support. Der Austausch verlief problemlos und angenehm. So verbrachten wir 9 Nächte in diesem herrlichen Apartment mit Blick auf das Meer, konnten das Meer sogar im Bett bei geschlossenen Fenstern rauschen hören. Herrlich! Innerhalb kurzer Zeit ist man am Strand und Meer und kann durch die kurze Entfernung auch mal die Kinder alleine am Strand spielen lassen oder voraus laufen lassen. Alles war sauber und funktionierte. Die Ausstattung war vielfältig und ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Toll fanden wir das Begrüßungspaket mit Leckereien. Gerne kommen wir wieder zurück!

Schöne Lage

Der Blick aufs Meer ist sehr schön. Das zweite Bad ausserhalb der Wohnung, in der Garage, war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war spartanisch, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, wir waren 5 Personen, die Badezimmertür war nicht verschließbar, das wurde aber behoben. Die Küche ist sehr klein, über eine Spülmaschine würden sich die Gäste sicher freuen. Sehr angenehm war die wöchentliche Reinigung mit Wäschewechsel.

Schöne Lage, aber überall kleine Abstriche zu machen

Die Lage ist gut. Fast erste Strandreihe, man ist etwas zurückversetzt. Der direkte Strandzugang des Grundstücks folgt über einen kleinen Umweg über das hintere Stück des Grundstücks. Die Wohnung selbst ist auf den ersten Blick schön anzusehen. Die Extradusche + WC außerhalb des Apartments ist praktisch - während und nach dem Strandbesuch. Leider fehlt es an einigen praktischen Dingen wie: Spülmaschine, Schneidemesser, Mülltüten, Waschmittel, mehrere Abtrockentücher (1 war da), Seife.... Mit kleinem Aufwand, könnte man den Aufenthalt für dieses recht hochpreisige Apartment also deutlich verbessern. Leider haben wir alle die Woche über nicht gut geschlafen. Die Betten sind sehr ungemütlich und knarrend. Das Haus extrem hellhörig - Treppen und Apartments befinden sich über und neben den Schlafzimmern. (Es sind auch 8 Apartments in dem Komplex und nicht bloß 4) Auch unsere Bettdecke war leider ziemlich schmutzig, als der dünne Überzug im Laufe der Woche etwas verrutschte. Insgesamt gab es aus unserer Sicht zu viele negative Punkte um den hohen Preis des Apartments zu rechtfertigen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief insgesamt gut. Ein fehlender Fön wurde kurzfristig geliefert. Nur bei den Zahlungsmodalitäten gab es Missverständnisse.

O apartamento encontra-se numa localização excelente, mesmo à beira da praia. A cozinha encontra-se mal equipada para quem pretenda fazer refeições em casa. E não tem máquina de lavar loiça.

Excelent stay! To repeat!

We have loved this apartment, the beach is just a few steps away. The breakfasts on the terrace have been wonderful. The sea is heard up to the bedroom. Of course the service from both Lenka and Joan have been excellent. They have been at all times attentive to our questions or needs. We recommend !!!
