Villa Casa Karoline is a charming, detached villa located in the quiet residential complex "La Goleta," close to shops and amenities at Faro Park. The recently renovated villa combines stylish design with modern comforts, offering a pleasant, relaxing living experience.

The villa features two bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds and access to another bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The living room boasts a high, vaulted ceiling. It features two sofas, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV with international channels. High-speed fiber optic internet access is also available.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a practical column combination oven and microwave, as well as all the essential appliances for carefree cooking.

Directly adjacent is the dining area, which seats six people, with a side wall and a vertically retractable awning that can be completely closed when needed.

The sunny terrace, directly accessible from the living room, is furnished with a table and chairs – ideal for a relaxing breakfast outdoors or a glass of wine at sunset. Two retractable awnings also provide additional privacy and/or weather protection in this area.

Villa Casa Karoline features a private pool with underwater lighting, which is heated during the winter months (November to May) to ensure a pleasant temperature, as well as comfortable sun loungers for relaxing. Other amenities include adjustable shutters, a barbecue grill, marble floors throughout, and marble vanities in the bathrooms.

Villa Casa Karoline is located in the gated community "La Goleta" and has a private parking space right at the entrance, allowing you to conveniently park next to the house at any time.

The gate to the "La Goleta" community is opened by telephone. We will provide our guests with the relevant telephone numbers prior to their arrival. A remote control for the gate is also included on the key chain.
