Agate Suite with Hot tub and sea view by Caldera Houses

A hidden gem! A privately owned suite which promises to deliver exclusive moments. So far, this residence has been our summer house, and it has hosted some of the most beautiful summer memories. With a nice view of the caldera, a private jacuzzi and state of the art premises, pure bliss is guaranteed. A few minutes away from a footpath next to the most famous cliff in the world, this is the perfect spot to start your Caldera adventure, heading either to Fira or to Oia. Start exploring!

It is a one-bedroom, single bathroom suite with a luxury living room with a partial sea view and an equipped kitchen for our guests. The mini pool has the most relaxing scenery, and the deck is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy being in the sun!

The Villa has a living room with a sofa bed. A kitchenette is available with the basic kitchen essentials and a stove where you can cook your own meals. Nespresso machine is available for your morning coffee. The bedroom has a private door.

Outdoors there is a big dinner table available where you can enjoy your meals along with a partial view to the Caldera cliffs and the Sea. Next to that, you will find our hot tub which you can enjoy throughout the year!

The location is about 15 minutes walk from the village of Imerovigli, where you can find many restaurants and bars or have a walk and get great pictures. The main walking path that connects Fira town to Oia village passes right down the Villa so you can use it to get to Imerovigli as well. If you don't feel like walking, a bus stop is located right outside the property where you can get the bus to Fira town, Imerovigli or Oia.

The Suite is in Imerovigli Village on the road towards Oia! As an island we don't have exact addresses, contact us on your way to the Nook so we can guide you.

Kindly be informed that according to the new Greek law, which was imposed on all properties located in Greece, the city tax paid so far by the hotels’ guests, was renamed to Climate Resilience Tax. You may find below the relevant charges, which need to be paid by all guests that will stay in our properties from the 1st of January 2024 and on, as they occur according to each property’s category:

Kindly be advised that from April to October is 2,00 euros and for March & November is 0,50 euros.

Please note the amount for the Climate Resilience Tax gets paid directly at the property and under no circumstances is it relative to the accommodation charges. We are then obliged to pay this money to the government for you.
