Villa Padilla for 10 people

The spacious Villa Illa is a cosy holiday home with a private pool and 5 bedrooms, capable of accommodating up to 10 guests in spacious interiors surrounded by extensive and well-maintained gardens. With stunning views of the countryside and the sea, the villa is conveniently located near Alcudia, Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, making it the ideal option for a large family or group of friends wishing to explore northern Mallorca.



Inside, the villa is distributed over 2 floors and has been carefully designed with comfort and style in mind. The entrance leads to a spacious living/dining room with patio doors opening to a large covered terrace. A fully equipped large kitchen is located next to the dining room and has a door leading to the large covered terrace surrounding the house, ideal for entertaining and outdoor dining. Also on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom.



Stairs rise from the entrance hall to an additional living area with doors to a covered terrace with magnificent sea views. From this area, there are 2 bedrooms with single beds, a separate family full bathroom and a double bedroom with a spacious walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom (hydromassage shower).



The large kidney-shaped pool is situated at the front of the villa and is surrounded by extensive and well-maintained gardens with lawn, shrubs and flowers (umbrellas and sun loungers are provided for all guests). Next to the pool is a very large terrace with a covered barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. There is also a billiards table and a ping-pong table for further relaxation and enjoyment. Villa Illa is definitely the perfect property to live outdoors while enjoying stunning views!



The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Great villa for family stay at Mallorca

Big villa with plenty of space with beautiful surroundings. Authentic vibe and looks more beautiful than in pictures. You can play billiard, ping pong, swim, sunbath and chill in many different spots. A lot of space for big family. You can’t walk to the city, it is little bit far but you can drive there quickly. We were provided with very small amounts of shampoo, dishwashing deterhent, washing machine capsules, salt, pepper, oil. We had to buy these thing and throw them out at the end of the week because we couldn’t use all of the products. It would be great if guests would be provided with these things like in other guest houses.

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen in der Villa. Es hat alles gepasst. Hervorzuheben ist die Außenanlage mit dem schönen Poolbereich. Die Zimmer sind auch alle groß und toll aufgeteilt. Ideal für 10 Gäste und man hat genug Platz . Ein tolles Objekt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das ganze Anwesen mit dem Pool,die Aussicht,die Lage,die Katze die uns gleich begrüßt hat und eine Woche da war. Am vorletzten Tag ging die Alarmanlage an und bis zur Abreise war ein piepen zuhören,das wir leider nicht abstellen konnten. Die Mücken haben genervt,aber mit Autan und Citronella Kerzen ging es irgendwann.

La casa è fornita di tutto l’occorrente e non ci è mancato niente soprattutto per quanto riguarda gli utensili della cucina. Ci siamo trovati benissimo in tutto e la piscina è bellissima! Abbiamo amato questa casa alla follia Siamo riusciti anche ad utilizzare il barbecue che si trova in giardino! Consigliatissima

The Villa is a lovely place

The Villa is a lovely place. Very secluded but that wasn’t a bad thing, you do need a car though! The spaces are great for a family away, plenty of space for the children and adults alike. The outside area was also lovely. Overall it was a great place, the only thing that was a little disappointing was that the AC didn’t really work. You couldn’t have it on in the day to cool the place down so it became really hot!! I would recommend it though, the hosts were also really friendly and accommodating!

Super verblijf in Alcudia

De communicatie verliep wat rommelig van tevoren vanwege een verzoek of wij eerder konden inchecken, uiteindelijk was dit geen probleem. Het huis was bij aankomst netjes schoon, verzorgd en opgeruimd. Alles was voorhanden zoals ook in de advertentie wordt vermeld. Villa Padilla is een groot huis met een mooi uitzicht en voldoende ruimte voor 8 personen. Tijdens ons verblijf van 10 dagen is tussendoor het beddengoed en de handdoeken verschoond. Het zwembad is niet verwarmd en wordt aangevuld met leidingwater, hierdoor is de temperatuur erg laag. Dit maakt het minder aantrekkelijk om even relaxt te gaan zwemmen, maar voor kort en snel afkoelen voldoet het prima. Naast wat overlast van ongedierte (muggen, mieren in de keuken) hebben wij verder een top vakantie gehad. Bedankt Easyvilla's!

A great villa, perfect for families

Plenty of space, lovely and clean and prompt help from the owner when needed. We had a really great stay, the location was great for getting to both Alcudia and Pollensa. We a a problem with the entry gates, but as soon as we contacted the owner he came to help and we had no further issues.

Unbefugtes Eintreten durch die Agentur & Durchsuchung unserer Sachen

Leider haben wir eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Objekt sowie mit der Vermiet-Agentur gemacht: Erstens gab es nirgendwo im Haus ein Wifi-Signal, das wir dringend für die Babyphones der Kinder benötigt hätten. Obwohl wir dies am ersten Tag angemerkt hatten, kam niemand, um das technische Problem zu beheben. Zweitens hat der Vermieter die Finca unangemeldet betreten, als wir einen Tag am Stand waren und schloss die Fensterläden, betrat die Zimmer und durchwühlten unsere Sachen. Auf dem Tisch lag dann eine Visitenkarte des Vermieters mit einem Schlüssel für den Maschinenraum, da am Tag vorher die ganze Nacht die Alarmanlage lief, sodass keiner schlafen konnte. Das ist inakzeptabel! Wir haben diesbezüglich die Polizei in Palma informiert und den unabgestimmten Zutritt des Vermieters angezeigt. Wie bereits erwähnt, ging am ersten Tag die Alarmanlage des Hauses los, er klingelte ohne Grund die halbe Nacht und ließ keinen schlafen. Weiter kam niemand, um das Anwesen in der Mitte der Woche zu reinigen, wie es eigentlich vorher abgestimmt war. Weiter fehlten Handtücher, dies haben wir ebenfalls gleich nach Ankunft mitgeteilt, jedoch kam auch niemand, um diese einfache Sache zu beheben. Alles in allem war es also eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung und wir waren sehr enttäuscht und unzufrieden.

Spacious, secluded villa with beautiful views. Well located for Alcudia and Polensa.

We loved the fact the villa was up a short gated drive and surrounded by fields with a fantastic view across to the sea. We spent most of our time either in the pool or at the table on the veranda and also used the excellent BBQ. The only downside to our stay was the dishwasher. We used it once and all the glasses and plates came out encrusted in mineral deposits like salt. Also it would have been nice to have been given a large bottle of dish washing liquid and loo rolls. We would also have preferred to regulate the air conditioning ourselves rather than have it preset. Paco was extremely kind and helped us out with a problem on the second day. All in all we had a great week.

Wunderbares Haus für eine Auszeit

Es ist ein tolles Anwesen um ab vom Schuss mit Freunden oder der Familie Urlaub zu machen. Schönes Grundstück, groß mit toller Aussicht und keine nervigen Nachbarn. Wir waren zu 6 da und haben die Woche sehr genossen. Ein Paradies und in die Stadt ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Wenn die Spülmaschine ausgetauscht wird können wir es sehr empfehlen. Es ist ein tolles Anwesen, leider hat es schon ein paar Alterserscheinungen die aber leicht zu beheben sind. Die Spülmaschine muss ersetzt werden. Sie reinigt nicht und wir mussten alles per Hand nachspülen. Die Vorhänge in den Bädern haben Schimmel und müssen ersetzt werden und es wäre schön wenn man Mückennetze im gesamten Haus anbringen kann. Wir wurden trotz jeglichem Mückenschutz total zerstochen. Wieso lässt sich die Tür im Tor nicht abschließen? Und wenn der Pool zu beheizen wäre wäre das Haus noch toller.

Lovely week - sorry about the noise!

Lovely place to stay with friends. Helpful and communicable staff. Felt very bad about the noise complaints we received, whilst it is a rural property, sound does appear to travel so please be aware of that so as not to disrupt the neighbours!

Huge villa with breathtaking views in fab location

We loved the size of the villa, big bedrooms and bathrooms, large living room and outdoor bbq/games area. Loved the ping pong and snooker table to entertain the kids. Beautiful views from the pool /front of villa onto Pollensa Bay. We had a great time. All kitchen bits and bobs available, fans and air con in every room. Large clean pool with loads of loungers and shade. Really great! The cleanliness could be improved, it was not super clean, we had to put all plates, glasses and cutlery to wash as soon as we arrived as some were dirty. Also it would be appreciated if the villa could have toilet paper upon arrival, as well as maybe a couple of water bottles for when you arrive straight from the airport. A few simple things that don’t cost much money but make a difference. Beach/pool towels could be available.
