Space
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an elegant building with elevator. The entrance hall leads into the open plan living and kitchen area, with wooden floor and filled with natural light. The house has been professionally designed and is filled with stylish features and comfy furnishings.
The bright living area features a sofa, flat screen television as well as a free Wi-Fi connection available throughout the flat.
You will also find a trendy wooden dining table and chairs for six, should you decide to stay in and cook one evening instead of going out to one of the many chic restaurants of the area.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, drip coffee maker teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils so you can make a meal right at home. There is also a clothes washing and dryer machine, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. A iron and board are provided for your convenience.
There are three separate bedrooms (two with a king size bed and one with a single size bed), with nightstands, bedside lamps and plenty of storage space. The apartment features 2 bathrooms; one of the 2 bathrooms are en-suited to one of the double bedrooms (one full with a combination bathtub/shower, one half with shower).
All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided, and you will find the beds neatly made on arrival. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 5 people as well.

The apartment has an allocate private parking.
The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months.

Late check-in is between 9pm and 11pm at a cost of £30

Kilburn family apartment

The apartment was spacious for a family of five and convenient location for TfL, shops etc. Some short comings with the apartment which the host managed to resolved by the end of our five day stay. Water heating is an issue for a large group.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My family from Chile stayed here for a week and a half and they loved it. The place was quiet, clean, and well equipped, but most importantly, Alexandra was an amazing host. She helped us all the way to the check in and even had huge patience when I got lost in London and arrived super late. My parents got a nice surprise when they arrived, as it is much more spacious than it looks in the photos. In addition to be well equipped (e. g. dishwasher is always good to have), the place had all sorts of cleaning products and other basics that one needs, and my parents were very happy that they had everything necessary and didn't have to run to the shops after their extremely long flight. My mum fully recommends the place, and that means a lot. Hope that this is useful!

Excellent in everything

I definitely recommend the apartment of Sweetstay. 1. Very good location (close to underground and just 6 km from the centre of the city), 2. Sweetstay's staff (Alexandra in particular) is very nice, caring and friendly (she was waiting for us in spite of the fact that we were 3,5 hours late, she advised what to visit and gave other useful recommendations), 3. apartment is very well equipped and cozy (towels, show gel, hair dry, kitchen accessories), 4. apartment locates in wonderful very English area, like from English cinema.

It was indeed a charming apartment as described. Beautifully furnished, wonderfully clean, well-equipped with thoughtful items provided (especially the Nespresso machine & pods!) Well-located with 3 train stations within walking distance, lots eateries & grocery stores nearby. Andrea was a wonderful host, with helpful advice & detailed instructions thoughtfully prepared beforehand. We had a great stay at the apartment. Will definitely book again if we come down to London in future.

This Airbnb is an absolute gem. It is in a beautiful location, is nicely decorated and is incredibly clean and comfortable to stay in. Alezandra has a great guide that gives lots of helpful suggestions. Our favourite was visiting the Sunday market! Close to great transit links by tube, train or bus. You truly won’t find a better place than this one. I wouldn’t hesitate to come stay again. If you’re considering whether to book or not, book it!!

appartamento è accogliente e ben disposto, l'abbiamo trovato abbastanza pulito. In dotazione c'erano i detersivi per lavastoviglie e piatti, utili. Comoda la lavatrice con asciugatrice integrata. L'appartamento era ben riscaldato. Lo stabile si trova in una zona tranquilla e nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano bar, ristoranti e supermercati. Ci sono diverse linee di autobus e la fermata della metro Kilburn Park della linea Bakerloo è a 5 minuti a piedi. Ci sono cose che potrebbero essere migliorate però non hanno influito così negativamente sulla nostra vacanza.

Not so stunning after all.

Kilburn is a busy, noisy place but the accommodation is fairly quiet. Some kitchen items need replacing as they are worn out. No utensil to use for non stick pans which is why the pans are scratched. The seating area and beds are comfy and using the lift is a plus as the flat is on the 4th floor. The bedding is clean but badly fitted and I would take your own pillow. There is a large fridge freezer and plenty of shelving in the lounge/kitchen areas. Losing the Internet was a real nuisance but we were told it was a Virgin issue in that area so nothing could be done. Some compensation for that would have nice but no one even said sorry.

Brief stint in London

The property is as described on VRBO. The sleeping space and living space is comfortable and clean. The location to the tube system is quick and easy. Some nice restaurants within walking distance towards Abbey road and around the corner to Starbucks and Tesco shops. Communication with the property manager was easy on WhatsApp, so make sure that you have this available. Might stay closer to the city next time, but happy with our visit.

The flat was roomy, clean, quite comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen and basic beddings and furnishings The location is convenient to the Tube, Overground rail, and a Tesco in one direction. In the other direction is a pretty, residential area with a variety of nice, casual restaurants near Abbey Road...a great find! The staff was communicative and checkin was easy.
