Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated the convenient location and the smooth check-in process. We would, however, like to clarify a few points for future guests. At no point in our listing is a hot tub advertised or included among the property’s amenities. The apartment has a bathtub, as described, but there is no mention of a hot tub, so we are sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding this. Regarding cleanliness, the apartment underwent a professional deep cleaning prior to your arrival. We nevertheless take comments about cleanliness seriously and will review the points you have raised with our cleaning team. As for the USB plug adapter, this is not an amenity provided with the apartment. As plug standards vary between countries, guests travelling internationally would normally be expected to bring the appropriate adapter for their own electronic devices. We appreciate your additional comments and will take the constructive points into consideration. At the same time, we feel it is important to clarify the above details so that the description of the property and the amenities actually offered are accurately represented.

Thank you very much for your thoughtful and balanced review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the apartment, its comfort and décor, and especially its location in Notting Hill. We sincerely apologise for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay, particularly the delay with the cleaning, the door handles, and the issue with the washing machine. These are not the standards we aim to provide, and the necessary steps have been taken to address them. We are also sorry that we were unable to connect properly regarding your email. We always aim to be available to our guests and assist as quickly as possible when an issue arises. Thank you again for your understanding and for recommending the property despite these temporary issues. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future.

Dear Kathryn thank you for your review and the many messages which you sent to us while staying some of which I enclose here for the records. it is very useful to get into perspective and resolve any issues the property might have.. We have now resolved and made all utensil draws easier to navigate and added al more bulbs while instructed the cleaner to check them every time. Again thank you for staying with us and we hope to have you again. KATHRYN Thank you Manfredo, is there anyway we could get the address, we need to give it to our driver who will be bringing us to London from the Cotswolds. Again thank you. Kathryn. KATHRYN Oops, I think I see the address on the rental agreement, sorry. KATHRYN Hello Manfredo, please send me the address of the Nottinghill property that I booked, thank you, Kathryn. KATHRYN The refrigerator is fine, it’s the freezer we need. The freezer is so full that we can’t put another thing in there. We do not want to throw away your frozen foods. KATHRYN : Hi Manfredo, we are searching for bin liners and toilet paper. Thank you KATHRYN We found the toilet paper but still searching for the bin liners.
