Villa Des Montagnes is a detached 8-person villa with private pool located in the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche holiday park near the charming village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.



Ground floor: The living room has a cosy fireplace and heating is possible via electric heaters. The living room has a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a coffee table, dresser, TV cabinet with large smart TV with several international channels and is attractively decorated. You have free access to the WiFi network in the house. All windows are foreseen with mosquito screens. In the hall there is a separate toilet and a door to the sleeping area of the ground floor. Behind this door there is a second hall with access to two bedrooms and the bathroom. The two bedrooms downstairs have open garden doors, a wardrobe with hanging and leg section, a chair, bedside tables with bedside lamps, a mirror, single duvets, and pillows. The Master bedroom has a new and long Pullman boxspring (2 mattresses of 90x220cm). The other bedroom on the ground floor is a twin bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower and glass bath glove, a sink, a bathroom rack for all your toiletries and a second toilet.



Upstairs: A staircase in the hall takes you to the upper floor with access to a spacious indoor terrace. From the hall upstairs you have access to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Both bedrooms are twin bedrooms, and have a wardrobe with hanging and leg section, a chair, bedside tables with bedside lamps, a mirror, 1-person duvets, and pillows. All rooms are equipped with electric heaters. The second bathroom has a separate shower, sink, a bathroom shelf for your toiletries and a third toilet. All bedrooms are foreseen with a fan on the ceiling.



Garden and pool: In the garden there is a large dining table with chairs and enough sunbeds around the pool. The garden is spacious enough so that you can enjoy the sun all day long. There are also plenty of shady spots under the covered terrace and under the parasol. The heat able private pool is 9 x 4m. and in the deepest part approx. 2.20m deep. The pool is heated to 25 degrees throughout the rental season. The bath is securely closed with an electric cover that can be operated with a key. This keeps the water nice and warm and clean. Naturally, the swimming pool is maintained weekly by professionals on Fridays and the soil is cleaned. In the garden you can also throw a ball on the newly constructed private petanque court and enjoy the sunset on the cosy park bench next to the boules court.



A quiet dog is allowed in this villa, but with booking required.

The Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche park has a large, shared swimming pool, petanque courts, tennis courts, table tennis tables, children's play equipment and a multi-sports field where you can play football, basketball, or volleyball. The park is located on the river Ardecheat 5 min. From the centre of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and terraces.
