Villa Aux Lions is a detached villa that can accommodate 8 people and features a private swimming pool. The villa is located on the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche holiday park near the charming village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. The holiday park offers several facilities such as a large communal swimming pool, bowling alleys, tennis courts, table tennis tables, children's play equipment, and a multi-sports field where guests can play football, basketball or volleyball. The park is located beside the river Ardèche, only 5 minutes away from the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, which boasts authentic streets and terraces.



The villa features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned and the villa is equipped with a charging station for electric cars. The private swimming pool is heated and features a Roman staircase. The villa also has a private jeu de boules court.



The spacious and tastefully decorated villa offers plenty of privacy and is situated in a beautiful location within the luxury villa park. The living room has separate sitting and dining areas and a spacious open kitchen, providing ample space to enjoy with family and friends. A cosy wood-burning fireplace adds warmth during the spring and autumn seasons. The living room also features a large Smart TV with Dutch channels and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, a second fridge with an extra-large freezer, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, microwave, and oven.



Two of the bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the ground floor. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 box spring beds, a large closet, a mirror with a chest of drawers, and a chair. The second bedroom is located at the front of the villa and is also equipped with two box spring beds, a large closet with hanging and leg sections, a mirror, and a chair. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The bathroom on this floor has a sink and a spacious shower with a low entry, making it suitable for disabled guests. The toilet is located separately next to the bathroom.



The first floor features 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and toilet. The first bedroom is located at the front of the villa and is equipped with two box spring beds, two large chests of drawers, a chair, and a mirror. This bedroom has a wall fan. The fourth bedroom is located at the rear of the villa and features two box spring beds, a wardrobe, a chair, and a mirror. The room has a ceiling fan. The bathroom on this floor also has a sink, bath, and toilet. The first floor also has a large covered balcony overlooking the garden and pool, as well as the river.



The villa's outdoor area features a spacious covered terrace with a large table, eight adjustable chairs, and a parasol. An electric barbecue is also available for guests to use. The garden is well protected and offers plenty of privacy, with fences to prevent dogs and small children from wandering off. The back of the garden features a bowling alley with lighting. There are adjustable sunbeds at the private pool, which can be heated throughout the rental season. The pool is securely closed with an electric roll cover and professionals provide weekly maintenance. An outdoor shower is available for guests to use after swimming. The villa also has a charging station for electric cars.



The garage/storage room features a washing machine and dryer, as well as an electric barbecue. A bicycle with a bicycle bag is also available for guests to use. The hall closet contains an ironing board and iron, as well as a crate with outdoor toys and boules balls. A safe is available in the villa. The villa also has parking space for 2-3 cars and offers WIFI internet access. Pets are allowed in the villa.



Villa Aux Lions is rollator-friendly and suitable for disabled guests, with a shower that has a low entry into the bathroom downstairs, bedrooms downstairs, and passageways without barriers.

The villa is situated on the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche holiday park, which offers several communal facilities, including a large swimming pool with a children's pool and tennis courts, which guests can use free of charge.
