Gîte de la Picholine 3*

Surrounded by many olive trees, this pretty independent house completely renovated with taste welcomes you for a 100% relaxing stay in the South Ardèche. Located in the town of Ruoms, the cottage is ideal for exploring the wonderful Gorges de l'Ardèche as well as the magnificent villages of character such as Balazuc or Labeaume. You benefit from a proximity to the center of the village, where you can walk and find all the shops, restaurants and services. Don't miss the obligatory appointment: the Friday morning market to taste the good local products. The greenway a few meters from the cottage is perfect for a safe walk or bike ride.
La Picholine is a house arranged on 2 levels for 2 people. No vis-à-vis and a tranquility that will seduce you. You enjoy a beautiful private outdoor space as well as a 4x4m swimming pool open from May to October. The large covered terrace, facing South, allows you to have meals and barbecues outside, in all weathers. On the other side, it is ideal for relaxing, reading or drinking a coffee in the shade.
Inside, on the first floor, you have a fully equipped living room with living area, living room with TV and integrated kitchen. Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area with an air-conditioned bedroom, with a 160 cm bed, the bathroom with Italian shower, and a separate toilet. Between modernity and comfort for a 100% successful stay!

Among the olives

A lovely week's stay, exploring the Ardeche area around Roums. The property was well provided, clean and in great repair. The pool and air conditioned bedroom were a real bonus in the hot weather.Arnaud was a lovely, helpful host - thank you.

Lovely detached house surrounded by olive trees, only 10 minute walk into town where there are plenty of bars and cafes. Supermarket just 5 minutes down the road.Easy to drive to, just off the main road.Plenty of parking space.The pool isn’t that large but still great for cooling off in. And the air-con in the bedroom was a most welcome addition.All the fixtures and fittings look pretty new.Everything in the house was very clean.The roads are really well maintained in this area so it’s easy to get around.

Nous avons passé un super séjour au gîte de la picholine. Notre hôte Arnaud nous a très bien accueilli, il est très sympathique et de très bon conseil pour visiter cette belle région. Le gîte est conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la magnifique vue. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter!

Pareltje in de mooie natuur tussen de olijfbomen. Klein zwembad , maar heerlijk om in af te koelen na een fietstocht over het mooie fietspad.Een aanrader voor de mensen die van rust houden. Kleine wandeling naar het dorp van ongeveer 10 min. Terug wel tegen steile helling op.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Picholine, dans ce petit havre de paix au milieu des oliviers du domaine, mais en même temps tout proche de la ville de Ruoms. La location est très bien équipée, la piscine privée est un vrai bonheur pour se rafraîchir et la terrasse couverte permet de se poser à l’ombre. Arnaud est vraiment très sympathique et aux petits soins pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Son papa qui entretien le domaine de 1000 oliviers et produit sa propre huile nous a fait visiter son exploitation, ses explications sont très intéressantes, nous avons passé une très belle fin d’après-midi en sa compagnie. Merci pour tout. On espère pouvoir revenir dans cette belle location lors de prochaines vacances en Ardèche.

Schönes, kleines Haus. Tolle Lage.Schöner Blick von der Terrasse. Sauber, gut ausgestattet.Netter Vermieter.Schöner Empfang mit einer Flasche Wein. Wir hatten die Bettwäsche vergessen. Kein Problem, er brachte uns sofort Bettwäsche und wollte nichts dafür haben .Gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Dorf fußläufig zu erreichen (10 Min.).Der Pool ist klein, aber bietet eine tolle Abkühlung an heißen Tagen.

Très jolie petite maison fonctionnelle .Excellente communication avec Arnaud. Emplacement idéal pour la randonnée à pied ou en canoë.Quelques villages à visiter ( Balazuc ,Vogüe , Labeaume) se situent aux environs. Le centre de Ruoms se trouve à 10 min à pied. Bref , que du bonheur dans ce beau département qu'est l'Ardèche.

Super séjour en Ardèche

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chouette logement, idéalement situé pour visiter cette très belle région. Le logement est propre, bien équipé, avec deux belles terrasses et une vue magnifique sur les oliviers et les collines environnantes. Très calme tout en étant proche du centre de Ruoms et de tous les commerces et restaurants, accessible à pied en 10 minutes.Merci pour l'accueil sympathique et la disponibilité du propriétaire ainsi que pour la visite du moulin à huile.Adresse à retenir!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Umgebung

Das hübsche, alleinstehende Ferienhaus verfügt über Alles, was man in den Ferien brauchen könnte. Es liegt etwas erhöht und ruhig, inmitten von Olivenbäumen, und bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Zu Fuss ist man aber schnell im Dorfzentrum und auch die Veloroute Via Ardèche ist rasch erreicht. Ruoms hat sich überhaupt als guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung erwiesen. Wir können die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

La petite maison au milieu des vignes

Charmante petite maison avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Accueil du propriétaire Arnaud impeccable, souriant, prévenant, disponible et de bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Endroit très calme pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Le soleil nous a boudé, une prochaine fois peut-être 😉

Het huisje was perfect voor een verblijf met 2: je hebt een prachtig uitzicht, alle privacy, het huisje voorziet alles wat je nodig hebt, we hebben geen opmerkingen, alles was in orde.

Exceptionnel

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans le gîte de la Picholine… tout est extra, le gîte est très beau, bien aménagé, bien équipé, la piscine est juste magnifique, la vue est a coupé le souffle… et le calme de cet endroit est reposant et ressourçant. Arnaud et son père sont accueillants et leur gentillesse est un exemple dans notre quotidien pas toujours bienveillant. Merci à vous, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.
