Amazing!

Everything was amazing, we had the best time! Great private condo, clean, spacious, safe. Lovely terrace, nice pool. 15 minute drive to Tulum town. Amazing hosts and guards, missing Noel’s stories. Thank you Alejandra & Gabriel!

Fabulous Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Gabriel’s apartment over Christmas. It is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We were easily able to make a full Christmas meal which we ate at the beautiful dining table. The balcony overlooking the bay is spacious and a great place to hang out. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful condo directly on the beach

We loved our stay. Beautiful condo. Quiet/peaceful. We loved sitting on the porch overlooking the ocean. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Super clean. Felt very safe with on site security. Highly recommend. Ocean is stunning though has a bit of coral - we walked around a little to find a spot to wade in.

Beautiful family friendly Condo!

The condo was amazing, not many units in the building so it felt very quiet and private. About 15 minutes drive to Tulum. We ended up renting a car as cabs were going to be quite expensive. Lots of restaurants in walkable distance! Would definitely return

Peaceful retreat!

We loved our week in Tulum! This property is gorgeous, clean, safe and offers an amazing pool & beach experience. There are some boutique hotels with restaurants nearby, a cenote within walking distance, security onsite all day/night & a very low key beach with hammocks & loungers. The host was very responsive & offered a nice welcome snack pack! Highly recommend.

Nice and private

Building grounds are beautiful and private. Communication with our property manager was easy and quick if need be. The building is farther from tulum town but cabs are accessible when needed - I recommend a vehicle if you stay here. We felt safe and were able to enjoy other places on the street at night.

Better than expected

This place was awesome! Very nice place and the guards were great as well. The whole experience was a dream. I have a large family and all my kids both young and old enjoyed the place. Very easy to find because the directions were great. Also the owners were accommodating when I asked on a very short notice to check in early. I will be recommending this place to friends and family.

Just perfect!

This property was just beautiful! It's in a quiet neighborhood with other condos and small hotels. There were several good restaurants close by and a cenote within walking distance. Tulum is only about 10-15 minutes drive. Ale had several good recommendations that we took advantage of. The Tulum beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you Ale and Gabriel.

Great Condo

Our stay had a bumpy start due to a failed electronic lock (no fault of the host, just an unfortunate coincidence) but Alejandra made sure it was handled as quickly as possible so we were able to enjoy the remainder of the stay. The responsiveness on the part of the host during our entire stay was fantastic! The condo was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and just as described in the listing. We couldn't have been happier with the condo itself.

Tulum Vacation

Our family (2 adults & 2 kids) had a great 4-night stay in this property located on a quiet bay just 10 km outside of Tulum proper. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, with beautiful views. Our hosts had a lot of beach and pool gear for us to use (snorkels, fins, pool noodles, etc) and we had a great time on the beach & in the pool. The apartment complex features roughly 10 units, so you are sharing some of the amenities with other vacationers, but it feels quiet & private. The only drawback to our experience was navigating the road into the complex from the main highway, which is unpaved, VERY bumpy and was sodden with rain & mud during our stay. It makes coming-and-going from the apartment kind of an adventure every time.

Magnificent

We absolutely loved staying here. It was so easy to communicate with the host. The apartment is exactly how it's pictured in the listing, and incredibly clean. We enjoyed the benefit of having a cleaning midweek. The location is superb - quick and easy to town for shopping and dining. There was excellent security and we felt very safe in the complex as well as the road. There are a number of boutique hotels nearby, so we went there for some dinners and coffees in the morning. We loved the property itself with all of the amenities, pool, kayaks, games, etc. It was incredibly private and very relaxing. We will definitely be back again.

Jekyll and Hyde.

Overall a fantastic place, accurate description and photos. Excellent communication with the host who was responsive to all issues and requests. Location is a little bit more remote than I had expected, with very limited and average eating choices , though the well equipped kitchen and bbq were able to cope with our needs. Definitely recommend renting a car for this location. Tulum is an easy 15 minute drive. The only downside were the frequent electric cuts, one of which lasted 18 hours. It seems to be an issue with the entire peninsula, but that doesn’t make it easier to deal with. I am told the building is looking at installing a generator and would be happy to return if this were the case. I understand that the electric supply is outside of the control of the owners and can’t blame them for it, but still a major inconvenience while we were there. Definitely worth walking to cenote and swimming with the crocodile and the cenote also organises boat trips to snorkel with sting rays and turtles without needing to get in a car!

We had good days in Mexico, but I want to leave the honest review. I would not call this apartment luxury. Would say they are rather okeish. Located on the 1st floor (not ground), so no direct access to the yard. Definitely spacious - each bedroom has its own bathroom. Nice and quiet territory, what we liked a lot, but tiny. However apartment doesn’t look super clean and is a bit worn off, so you do not feel super comfortable inside: not too bad, but doesn’t feel like you want to spend all day long there. The towels and bed linen of average quality and are not white. The sinks and walls require refreshment. Entrance to the sea on the beach makes swimming there almost impossible, so if u want to swim in the sea you need to go somewhere else. The building is located on a developing territory with a lot of construction works around which doesn’t make walking in the area pleasant, and roads are unpaved. Several restaurants in the walking distance, but again you need to walk by construction works and roads sometimes are dirty: mix of cement - water - sand, need to jump over dirty ponds, sometimes without success because they are too big.

Tankah Bahía beachfront stay

We had a great stay at the appartment of Alejandra Salinas. We were 2 sixtyplussers our 32 yr old son and his girlfriend, who work and live in Mexico DF. We all enjoyed ourselves. The place is very elegantly furbished and very well equipped. The beach is just a staircase down and has clean white sand and just enough trees to provide shade. Upon our arrival the bbq was not very clean and worn down and upon our complaining about that Alejandra had it replaced with a brandnew one within 24 hrs. She was very responsive also on other questions (a blocked doorhandle was fixed by maintenance man Cesar the same day). We vividly recommend this very nice appt. Alejandra is a fine host. Todo excelente. El apartamento esta amoblado a nuevo y con muy buen gusto El complejo tiene una muy buena alberca y está equipadaocon diferentes accesorios para entretenerse (kayaks, juegos, etc..) Hemos tenido muy buena comunicación con el host en todo momento Volvería sin dudarlo

Best place to stay near Tulum!

This apartment is a great place to stay with your family. The location is great, it has a bay with a beautiful reef! It is near to one of the most famous cenotes, Tulum is about 10-15 minutes. The apartment has everything you need, including: kayaks, snorkels, grill, pool. Ale and Gabriel were great hosts! Ale was very responsive, she solved all my questions before arriving and she make sure we were having a great experience while we were there. They have someone there who can help you with any question or any need you may have. Stay here! You won’t regret it 😊
