Living Brera, an unique experience Vicolo Fiori

Comfortable and bright apartment located in the Brera area, literally in the center of Milan!

The apartment is large, bright and comfortable. Every detail has been thought of to make your stay unforgettable! The apartment has everything you might need during your stay.

The apartment is on two floors: on the first floor there is the living area where there is a well-equipped kitchen and a large HD TV; on the second floor there is a room with a view on the floor below.

Check-in: your check-in, meant as guests information, will be entirely online and in advance; please notice that, as required by the local law, the registration of the guests is a must. During the process you will be asked to fulfill the form with your valid ID information. You will also asked to pay for the city tax, the cost is 3€ per person per night (people under the age of 18YO and residents musn’t pay).

You can collect the keys at Hostmate office from 11am to 6.30pm. The apartment will be available from 3pm.

Late check-in: if your arrival will be after 6.30pm, we need to schedule an appointment to welcome you directly to the apartment, the cost of the late check- in service is 20€ from 6.30pm to 9pm, 40€ from 9pm to 00am, to pay at your arrival to the person who welcome you.

Not the best experience

- I never write reviews but feel this is necessary as this rental is extremely misleading. I would recommend other locations over this as this probably was our least favorite experience with VBRO. If location is all you care about then yes this is a great place to stay. Like other reviews yes, it is close to everywhere. We did not take metro me walked everywhere. Other than that we felt that this apt was not worth the stay. The pictures were misleading, it was incredibly outdated. It didn’t feel overly clean hairs everywhere, water marks all over the wall by the AC which was inefficient and leaked. The shower head partially worked but did the job. This was our biggest complaint as We reached out to property management company regarding AC and no response. The apt was so warm in loft area we had to sleep on the couch. We would not recommend this apt or management company. Although this is does not correlate with the apt rental please note the parking situation and the complexities. When leaving the property management facility be aware that there is a fee for driving through city center. No one seemed to understand this process police included. There is a couple parking garages near the apt that are about $30 a day and that includes night. Since we drove from the place u pick up keys to the apt it meant we had to drive through city center. M-F there is a $5 fee to drive through. To obtain a ticket and register your car to drive through U can go to a tacco shop where one gets

Great Stay

This apartment was great and the location was amazing. All sites were close and amazing restaurants were right downstairs. We opened the window every night to listen to the music and people below. Loved it!
