Our apartments are professionally cleaned and carefully prepared before every new arrival by a specialised cleaning company, following established procedures and high standards of hygiene. Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment is always one of our main priorities, and we continuously work with our cleaning team to ensure attention to every detail. Regarding the minor signs of wear and tear you mentioned, we would like to clarify that these mainly consist of small scuff marks on the walls, often caused by luggage, and a few minor marks on the bathroom flooring that cannot be individually repaired. These are limited signs of everyday use that naturally occur over time due to the apartment's frequent guest turnover. We regularly carry out maintenance and cosmetic improvements several times throughout the year, including repainting and restoring affected areas where possible. However, as these marks are generally small and scattered across different areas, it is not always possible or practical to carry out restoration work after every individual check-out. Instead, we organise these interventions periodically throughout the year to maintain the apartment in good condition while minimising disruption to our guests. We also appreciate your feedback regarding communication and check-in, as providing clear instructions and attentive assistance is an important part of the experience we aim to offer every guest.
