The first floor can also be found hosting a two sitting rooms, one with an electric fire, whilst the ground floor is complete with a cloakroom, a kitchen/diner and a snug. Outside there is an enclosed back garden with a lawned area and a patio featuring a barbecue and outdoor furniture, as well as a front garden with lawns.
