Beautiful penthouse with incomparable views of the most beautiful beach in the north.

It is located on the first line of the beach of the port of Alcúdia with fine white sand.

The apartment has a capacity of 3 people with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a single bed, both have air conditioning.



The living - dining area is open to the kitchen and is equipped with satellite TV, WIFI and air conditioning. The veranda has an access to a private sun terrace with spectacular views and comfortable sofas to relax in the sea breeze.



Guests can use the communal pool and a playground opposite the beach.

The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the port, close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and taxi stops.





Zone:

Alcudia, located in the northeast of Mallorca, is an ecotourism community with a great variety of landscapes and 30 km of coastline.

There are beautiful beaches with fine, white sand, as well as rocky beaches and small bays of impressive beauty.

Ideal for all nature lovers, here you can make extensive hiking routes and long walks.

Alcudia is a medieval city surrounded by an ancient city wall. Just a few meters from the old town,

a cultural tour to the Roman settlement of Pollentia, foundet 123 BC, begins right next to the church "St. Jaume".

It leads to the most interesting places of the remains of the Roman culture that are currently still existing

The appartment was light, clean and with a really nice view. The pool area was also clean but the sunbeds were really worn out. In the appartment the bed was confortable and all in all everything worked. We went biking and hiking and those experiences were exceptionnally good!

Beautiful apartment in beautiful Port d'Alcudia

The apartment was lovely and was exactly like the description said it was. It was located right across from the beach with a beautiful balcony and rooftop terrace. It was very clean, bright, and a joy to stay in. We had lovely meals sitting on the balcony. The host was friendly and very quick to respond when we had questions. We would stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in beautiful Port d'Alcudia

The apartment was lovely and was exactly like the description said it was. It was located right across from the beach with a beautiful balcony and rooftop terrace. Very nice apartment in perfect location

Perfect apartment for a family of 3 with nice big rooms and two terrasses. The view over the bay is fantastic and with aircon in both bedrooms, it is possible to keep a cool night temperature. The apartment is beginning to be a bit worn down, so a check-up on the elements in the apartment - cabinets, water faucets, water pressure ect. could be great. It is not in the same good shape as when we stayed there 4 years ago :-)

Fantastic location. Beautiful terrace on the roof. The apartment is spacious and clean. We really liked it here and we definitely recommend it. Just two little things. It would be good to adjust the sockets in the apartment. Some are completely missing and some fall out. And the mattress in the bedroom would also be worth replacing. Otherwise, everything was great.

A fabulous apartment with fantastic views of the white sand beach and azure sea. So central but still peaceful. I would definitely recommend this apartment. The spiral staircase for the roof terrace is probably too much for a childif you have mobility issues as you have to be careful on the spiral staircase. The view from the terrace is amazing and in the evening/night it is breezy and there are great views of the port lights. The apartment is comfy and well equipped. Communication with the owners was excellent. Thanks for a great week!

Exceptionel location and appartment

Super nice and cosy appartment with rooftop terasse - view to the beach from beedroom, livingroom, terrasse and rooftop terasse. Sun all hours of the day from the rooftop! Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Very nice and helpful retning bureau and easy contact. Key pickup from a box close by, so super easy. The only improvement could be to get a double bed and single covers for the master bedroom instead of the 1,5 person bed and double covers as it is now. It is a bit narrow for two adults used to more space :-)

Great apartment, very well equipped

Great apartment, very well equipped. Modern, yet cosy and very bright. (if you are a light sensitive sleeper make sure to bring a sleeping mask) Easy access by elevator and a few steps. Kitchen has all the equipment you need. Nice livingroom and a lovely balcony with access to the real gem - the roof top terrace. Amazing views of the Port and beach. Comfortable beds, and very well functioning AC in the master bedroom (also thru out the other rooms) Very nice and modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Walking distance to everything you need. stores, beach, pool, sea, restaurants ++++ Despite being so central the place is well sound proofed and totally quiet. I fully recommend this place and will definately consider staying here again when returning to Alcudia. :)

Alles entsprach genau den Fotos. Tolle Lage mit vielen Restsurants. Es war viel Trubel auf den Straßen. Mit geschlossenen Fenster hat man aber Nachts wunderbar geschlafen. Das einzige was etwas schade war ist das man bei dieser Wohung keinen direkten Parkplatz vor der Tür hat. Das ständige Suchen nach einem freien ist schon manchmal etwas nervig gewesen. Anderen Wohnungen neben uns hatten die Möglichkeit eines direkten Parkplatzes vor der Wohnung. Es soll aber keine Kritik sein da dies vom Vermieter auch so kommuniziert wurde. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Apartment sehr zentral gelegen. Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (gegenüber). Tolle Bars und Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse ist traumhaft schön. Sobald man alle Fenster und Türen geschlossen hatte, hat man nachts nichts von dem abendlichen Trubel mitbekommen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer schnell zu erreichen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen und selbst auch wieder buchen!

Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Erwartungen und wir können die Nutzung als "Basislager" wirklich empfehlen. Auch, weil wir von Villasmar sehr gut betreut worden sind. Danke, Nicole! Das regnerische Wetter hatte unsere Zeit auf der Dachterrasse zwar etwas eingeschränkt, aber für ein Frühstück, zum Entspannen oder einem Glas Wein am Abend ist sie immer gut. Alle Arten von Utensilien und Ausstattung findet sich in der Wohnung, sogar für den Strand. Die Betten sind natürlich immer Geschmacksache - und die Nachbarn kann sich keiner aussuchen. Für uns passte beides. Selbstredend ist die Gegend belebt und nicht wirklich leise, aber das weiß man, wenn man an diesem Küstenabschnitt Urlaub bucht. Wir sind daher extra zu dieser Jahreszeit dort gewesen, da das Ende der Saison die Anzahl der Touristen in ertragbaren Grenzen hält. Die Umgebung spricht für sich und jeder Ausflug brachte neue, wunderbare Eindrücke! Mallorca ist wirklich mehr als nur Strand. Gerne wieder, gerne mit Villasmar.

Traumhafter Urlaub in einem traumhaften Appartement

Beste Lage direkt am Strand im Zentrum von Port Alcudia. Direkt neben dem Haus gab es viele Möglichkeiten: Supermärkte, Strand, Restaurants, diverse Geschäfte. Der Blick direkt auf die Bucht und das Meer ist super. Die Wohnung ist klasse eingerichtet. Küche komplett. 2 Schlafzimmer - eines mit Meerblick. Eine super Dachterrasse mit Blick über Alcudia und Meer. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Das Apartment ist sehr nah am Meer gelegen und hat eine große Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick, die zum verweilen einlädt. Wir hatten im Mädelsurlaub zu dritt ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung. Marina war immer für uns ansprechbar und hat super schnell geantwortet :)
