Fancy a relaxing beach vacation? In a dead-end street in the front part of the Noordzeepark, you will find this modern-designed vacation home. The interior is simple and functional, the living design is straightforward and clear.

The entrance is spacious. A door leads directly into the well-kept bathroom with a combined bathtub/shower, sink and toilet. Through another door, you enter the large storage room with a refrigerator and freezer, washing machine and dryer. Here you can also set up and charge (electric) bicycles. Through the third door, you enter the bright living/dining area. The L-kitchen is kept open and very well equipped, so you have the possibility to prepare your meals quickly and easily at any time. The round dining table invites you to sit together comfortably. But also in the comfortable sofa combination, everyone will find their comfort.

The south-facing garden Garden with outdoor furniture and 2 sun loungers borders with a nature reserve at the edge of the park. Deer and rabbits are often spotted here. It's also the perfect place to eat al fresco with the family, play games, or sunbathe on a lounger in the healthy North Sea air.

Wish everyone a "good night and sweet dreams" before retiring to one of the 3 quietly located bedrooms on the second floor. Two of the three rooms are furnished with two single beds each and the third with a single bed - all with mattress size 90 x 200 cm - one as well as a baby crib. In each room, there is also a closet. Very much appreciated is the additional toilet with a small hand basin.

By the house can park 2 cars.

- Rental to companies/workmen at Noordzeepark is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.

- If your travel party is not family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
