1 POINT VIEW - Luxury Apartment with Private Hot Tub / near Croyde Bay

1 Point View is a luxury two bedroom apartment sleeping four guests with a Private Hot Tub.
The apartment is equipped to a very high standard with it's own Private Hot Tub situated on the extensive south facing terrace for ‘al fresco’ dining complete with large outdoor table and chairs. There are also brand new deckchairs to relax in the sun.

1 Point View is located within a secure development with private car park and intercom entry system and all of this is just a 5 minute walk away from the famous surfing beach that is Croyde Bay.

Available to let all year round, for long or short breaks, our apartment is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. It is just a short walk away from the centre of Croyde, which has a wonderful selection of pubs and cafes, all with extensive menus, not to mention the famous delicious local Ice Cream parlour. Additionally, there are a selection of surf shops to hire or buy anything you could possibly need to go and hit the surf or to relax on the beach.

** Please Note: To ensure optimum cleanliness and hygiene, the hot tub is fully emptied and re-filled with fresh water and chemicals on the day of your arrival. Therefore, may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.

Lovely property , perfect location

We had a wonderful short break at this property in October 2022 , it was our second time there and it didn’t disappoint. Fantastic location , excellent facilities including comfortable beds … the hot tub is an added bonus . Great communication from our host Tess . We would definitely stay again .. thankyou !!

Great Place to stay best part of Croyde Bay

We spent 7 nights at 1 Point View and have to say this is a lovely apartment. Tess the Owner was extremely helpful throughout our complete stay. Its just a short walk to the beach which is great as you don't have to carry loads of kit down as you can just pop back for much etc. would defiantly recommend this apartment.

Superb

An incredible find in beautiful Croyde. I can't put into words how wonderful our stay was. Hot tub just makes this perfect apartment a little bit more wonderful. We can't wait to return.

Just perfect

A fantastic location in an immaculately clean property. I would obviously highly recommend, but by doing that trying to get booked back in is a nightmare!😂 I’ve recommended Point View to a number of friends already……just hope they can get booked in!

Lovely apartment and lovely location

The apartment was very clean and had everything we could possibly require for our stay. The owner has gone above and beyond to ensure that your stay is comfortable and the location is amazing with coastal walks and a very short walk to the beach. There is always something happening in the local area such as yoga on the beach in the mornings, surfing lessons, an open air market on Tuesdays and a craft market on Thursdays. If you want a relaxing and peaceful break then this is your location!

Exceptional !!!

One word ….Wow!!! We had a superb stay in 1 Point View. Any queries we had before our stay were answered literally in minutes by the very helpful owner. This spotless flat couldn’t have been better equipped and was within walking distance to Croyde’s lovely beach. Very comfortable beds and pillows, with good quality linen. Garden is even larger than I expected from the photos and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evening. Felt very covid secure in this property. Have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this property. Will definitely return!

Fabulous break at Point View

We have stayed many times in Croyde in some wonderful accommodation, but 1 Point View is absolutely our winner!Here’s why:-Tess, the host was superb in her communication to ensure a smooth and hassle free arrival. She also ensured the dates we had booked were honoured (we needed a Saturday arrival, whereas this property should have been a Friday).-The property was spotless. We’ve stayed in the Penthouse at Point View a few times previously, and so knew what to expect (cleanliness and maintenance of the property) and so this didn’t disappoint.-The hottub was inclusive in the price, unlike some other accommodation in Croyde that are misleading and would want to make a surcharge for this. Super clean and maintained whilst we were there.-The apartment itself was spotless. Beds were super comfy (even the single that I had to spend one night in to settle my little one!) and the spaciousness was excellent. -Home from home. Don’t pack your kitchen to come-Tess had it sorted! Coffee pods, teabags, washing up liquid, kitchen/toilet rolls etc. We will 100% be returning to Point View and have already recommended to family and friends too (only if they agree not to book when we want to!!)

Great location

The apartment is purpose built in a great location in Croyde North Devon. Good accommodation with a lovely sitting out area and hot tub. A short distance to the beach and amenities right on your doorstep. Great base to explore north Devon.

Croyde September

Lovely property with great hot tub within very short walking distance from both the centre of Croyde and the beach. Had a fantastic time and Croyde had everything you could need. Great pubs restaurants and fantastic walks. Highlight was the street food which was on offer at walking distance. Amazing Week!

As a family we have been visiting North and South Devon for over 40 years. It became our second home and so nearly 10 years ago we invested in a small collection of 'homes by the sea'. We are very proud of them and their fantastic locations from Croyde, to Salcombe and then to our little characteristic cottage in the middle of Exmoor National Park.
We hope our guests enjoy them just as much as we do!

We purchased 1 Point View in March 2021. Having owned two of the other apartments within Point View for over 12 years, we are thrilled to be able to run a third apartment in the building that we love and know so well.

1 Point View is a beautiful ground floor apartment with a private hot tub and large patio terrace complete with deck chairs to relax and outside dining table and chairs.
The apartment is equipped to a very high standard and being only a 5 minute walk away from Croyde beach for the surf, sea and sand, there is nothing not to love about it.

Park your car and relax because our apartment and the location with not disappoint!
