Fabulous apartment in great Sintra location

Located near the train station and walking distance to Old Sintra center, the apartment is super clean, spacious, and comfortable. Excellent communication with the host, who was proactive and very helpful. The host's restaurant recommendations were excellent.

We loved the place!! Cozy, very updated and clean! Elizabeth was very accommodating and helpful to work with beforehand and had very nice welcoming touches. We were few blocks from the bus stop which made touring easy. Bonus: the nearby croissant shop and Indian restaurant were excellent!

Very accommodating host

Elizabete was very friendly and got back to us quickly when we had questions. The apartment is well situated for those wishing to visit the palaces and castles. The only issue was dampness in the main bedroom. We would recommend an Uber or Taxi if you want to venture up the mountain beyond the National Palace.

Had everything we needed and centrally located

Great communication from host. Comfortable beds, wine/water, coffee/tea/sugar, hair dryer/shampoo/soap much appreciated! Train rolls under the building but does not disturb as it just rumbles. Wish the people upstairs were as quiet! They seemed to be up all night talking , moving furniture and banging around.

Sintra Fun

The apartment was great. Elisabete was so welcoming and it was decorated beautifully to feel like a home. Parking was available but generally needed to use the nearby lot which was not far but when carrying luggage it was helpful to know that. We could easily visit several things we wanted to do including the electric tram and visit to the beach resort and the art museum. Elisabete was always quick to respond to my questions.

Perfect! Place + Location + Host

This is the perfect place to stay in Sintra; we arrived by bus, and departed by train - this place was right in the middle, surrounded by restaurants and views. The rooms were super clean, the accommodations were top notch / first rate. I am embarrassed because I got confused about dates for this rental with another VRBO during the trip, and I sent Elizabete confusing messages, but Elizabete was so patient and so forgiving, I am very much indebted to her. She also supported a special request we had at check-in, which was very helpful. I will stay here again, the next time I visit Sintra; I hope it is very soon! :-)

Great host, sewage leakage in apartment

Elisabete is truly wonderful. Very helpful and quick to respond. The public parking was easy enough to figure out, but there is no parking for the apartment - even though it is listed. We would have loved the apartment, except it stunk of raw sewage throughout. One of the bedrooms had brown water stains on the ceiling and so we think maybe a pipe burst. There were a lot of air fresheners but the smell was overwhelming and concerning.

Great choice for Sintra

We stayed at this new appartement for a full week and enjoyed it very much. The location ist nice for a longer stay as supermarket, restaurants and the central free parking are in walking distance. The bedrooms and the patio are to the rear side and quiet. We felt very welcome and the communication with Elisabete was fast a very helpful. Fully recommended!
