Perfect location in Madrid

Just outside the craziness of the city but so close to the metro station allowed us the perfect balance while in Madrid, it has a full grocery store right around the corner! Perfect in every way!

Wonderful Stay!

Our host Pedro was terrific. Studio apartment, small but very clean and well-appointed. Quiet neighborhood, 3 minute walk to Metro, grocery store and pharmacy just steps away. Would gladly go back!

Beautiful apartment

Pedro was very good at communication and understanding our circumstances. The hime was very pleasant and beautifully remodeled. Very close to transportation around the whole city. Felt safe and welcomed. Thank you pedro for a lovely place and god bless!

Away from the Hustle and Bustle

Pedro has created a very comfortable studio apartment. It’s very clean and has a lot of amenities. It’s easily accessible by bus or metro (both are great ways to get around) to the old town of Madrid or the soccer stadium. Pedro sent a lot of great, helpful information. He’s a warm and welcoming person.

I had a very pleasant stay at this place. It was clean, quiet, and well insulated.

Pedro was very welcoming when we arrived in the evening. The place is fully equipped with a hair dryer, washer, dishwasher, a clothes drying rack, am ironing board, plenty of dishes and pots and pans. As for the heater and AC, they are good - same unit. However, I didn't have much of a need to use the heater because the place is very well insulated. It's the first time I stay at a place with a large fridge and a large freezer. Therefore, this is definitely a plus if you like to cook. As for the location, it's perfectly located within a few blocks from the metro Francos Rodríguez. It has a Días, bakery, and pharmacies close by. As for how far from sol, it's only within 25 minutes on the metro. The streets are clean and we felt very safe. It is a quiet neighborhood and I liked it that way. I highly recommend this place.

Alojamiento cómodo, con buen equipamiento, limpio y muy completo. Zona tranquila, buena ubicación, fácil y cercano acceso al transporte público (metro y buses). Agente inmobiliario muy atento y cercano. Muy recomendable.

Pedro fue un anfitrión estupendo, muy amable y a disposición por si había algún problema, todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado, y la estancia contaba con todo el equipamiento necesario. Tuve un fin de semana muy agradable.

Todo estaba súper nuevo y limpio. Tiene de todo para pasar unos días muy agradables y lejos del bullicio del centro, pero lo suficientemente cerca y bien comunicado (metro a 300m) como para no sentirse aislado. Apartamento muy recomendable y con unos anfitriones muy atentos. Repetiremos seguro!!
