Great stay

This is a lovely apartments. Check in process was very smooth. We used the taxi xfer had suggested, and they were excellent and reasonably priced. The apartment has an amazing view. We were able to watch dolphins most days (bring binoculars) and also watch parrots and lots of other birds. The outside area was extensive and where we spent lots of time.The walk into town took about 15 mins, but there were options closer too. We cooked in a lot and the Carrefour over the road was great. Our only negative was that some of the cookware could go with updating, but that’s something we find is common in rental places. Overall a great stay and we thoroughly recommend the apartment.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was absolutely stunning! Beautifully furnished - absolutely fantastic views and within easy walking distance of the town. We did not use a car for our week there. Great communication with the owners and their local team. Highly recommended.

Smart, comfortable, well equipped apartment in beautiful location

The location of the apartment was amazing. It was very well furnished with all the equipment required for a longer day. When matters arose, the response was quick and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more.

Comfortable Apartment in an Ideal Setting

My wife and I had an excellent stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, but the show stopper was the view from the balcony. There are cafes and restaurants within a 5 min walk along a comfortable waterfront path and 10 more minutes and you are in the centre of town with everything Estepona has to offer. There is a major grocery store and other shops right behind the apartment which has everything you'll need. It was very convenient without being disruptive. Our greeter Lorraine was very nice and offered us some great tips and suggestions to enhance our stay. We hope to be back and we would stay here again.

Fantastic!

We booked to stay for the week and wished we could have stayed longer! The apartment was perfect, the views out to sea were fantastic as well as beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The property was exactly as described and well equipped with everything you could want as well as high speed internet. The communication with the property owner was excellent as well as the lovely meet and greet lady Lorraine. We would not hesitate to stay again and probably will do!

Excellent apartment

Estepona is a very nice place with lots of cafes, restaurants and wonderful ice cream shops. We managed without a car: having Carrefour next to the apartment was very helpful. To and from the airport we used a taxi.

Ocean View Plus

This apartment sets itself apart from most others. It has the most outstanding sea view as soon as you enter through the front door, immediately you are on holiday at that moment. It is lucky enough to benefit from a parting of the trees so the veranda takes in a sight of Gibraltar and the north coast of Africa. The apartment is brilliantly positioned close to all amenities and the short walk into Estepona is a joy day and night. A true gem.

Der Aufenthalt war entspannend und angenehm. Wir empfehlen eine Radtour entlang der Prommenade zu nehmen. Egel in welche Richtung.

Pre Christmas family stay

Location excellent with sea view and short walk into Estepona. Very nice decor in apartment. Separate bathroom needs area to hang towels and shelf for toiletries, but this is just a small criticism as the apartment is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!!

We loved the property and it’s location is perfect! Great views from the deck and a convenient easy walk into town. The check in process is a little challenging but worth it in the end for such a nice place. Thank you Eric for sharing and we hope we can come back someday in the future.

Great apartment in great location

This apartment was incredibly well-equipped and well located. We had a fabulous time on the large terrace overlooking the sea with a short walk into the old town. Quiet but with every amenity on the doorstep.

Lovely apartment with everything you would require views to die for .

Superb apartment however on first site it doesn't give the best impression as exterior is very tatty although inside was great. and gardens were good also.

Apartment was clean and in proper condition. There were all you need for couple a weeks stay. Terass was great and the wiev was beautifull. Location is great, just 100 metres from Carrefour ja 1 km from Estepona City center.

Erholsame Urlaubstage mit atemberaubenden Ausblick!

Die Wohnung ist vollständig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Wir haben uns hier zu zweit sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Eigentümer kümmert sich regelmäßig um die Ausstattung und ggf. Ergänzung fehlender Dinge. Bedienungsanleitungen für Herd und TV waren hilfreich. Waschmaschine und Tiefkühler waren eine perfekte zusätzliche Ausstattung. Der Kontakt zu Eric war stets prombt und freundlich, wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgenommen! Es war ein besonderer Komfort Standtücher vorzufinden, das spart 2 Kilo Flug-Gepäck :-). Der Supermarkt um die Ecke ist sehr gut sortiert. Ein tolles Frischfischangebot lädt zum Kochen ein mit regionalen Produkten ein. Es wäre schön, wenn die Daunenbettdecken gegen synthetische waschbare ausgetauscht werden könnten. Allergiker haben mit diesen Decken Probleme. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Nice apartment in good location

The apartment was clean, well equipped, in a really good location and within easy walking distance to most of what Estepona has to offer. Plenty of useable space both inside and outside on the large balcony Will miss those lovely sea views.

The apartment is how it is described

We have really enjoyed our 12 nights in this apartment in Estepona which is a charming town full of flowers - everywhere. We’ve eaten the freshest fish in excellent restaurants, wandered through the picturesque lanes and enjoyed strolling along the excellent promenade. The apartment is very comfortable with views across the sea to Gibraltar and Morocco. Excellently laid out, fully equipped and with Carrefore supermarket within a three minute walk. What’s not to like?

Great location

Our second visit to this apartment and we love it. It has loads hot water, great Wi-Fi, large supermarket behind (no noise) and a large balcony to view the sea 20 meters away. So close to the beach, shops, restaurants and main roads to travel around the area.

The apartment was of a high standard with spectacular views.

We loved the apartment and it's location. It was bright and tastefully furnished to a high stand. It was equipped with everything we needed. We loved hearing the sound of the ocean and the amazing views. The supermarket located at the back was really convenient. There is a bus stop outside the supermarket which is helpful.

Wonderful apartment

When we read the reviews are expectations were very high but it was even better than we expected . The apartment was very clean and well furnished and had everything you needed and more , but the views from the balcony was the real wow factor and falling asleep while listening to the sea is something special the apartment is ideally situated on the beach front with a 10 minutes walk to numerous restaurants the taxi driver that Eric recommended who's name was Pol was very professional and helpful and a real nice guy . the apartment had a television that had English channels but we never even turned it on the view from the balcony was a much better option . If visiting Estepona this apartment will take some beating just wonderful

Great apartment

An excellent location for this lovely apartment. From the long 30 foot balcony, you look over the sea just 20 meters away. To the rear is a very large Carrefour but the only noise is from the sea. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach with many cafes and bars. Estepona has few hotels so it feels more Spanish. The apartment is very well furnished, has broadband and plenty of hot water. It is a great base to visit many of the attractions. Dealing with Eric the owner was very easy.

Hi, we are Eric & Heather. We live and work in London and have two grown up daughters and we love to travel. Eric is an IT Consultant and Heather works with children with learning difficulties. France and more recently Spain have become firm favourites for us. We rent out our lovely apartment in Estepona, which has stunning views directly onto the sea. Estepona has so much charm and is completely unspoiled and authentically Spanish. We love to immerse ourselves in the local culture, walking along the beautiful promenade and sitting in the charming squares in the old Town (just a few minutes walk away) sipping a cafe con leche. We never tire of waking to sunny blue skies and looking at the sea and hearing the waves. Although we have been going to Spain for 10 years we still have so much to explore - taking some hiking trails is next on our hit list.

Property has unrivalled views across to North Africa and a short 5 minute walk to the historic old town with all it's restaurants and bars. There is a large Carrefour supermarket directly behind the apartment so a car is not essential for gathering supplies especially if staying for long periods.
