Located in a 16th-century Venetian house, Gaffaro is a charming apartment for two people in the frame of the elegant Fondamenta Minotto.

The private patio will give you some unforgettable moments having a drink or breakfast or just resting after a walking day. Fully refurbished, Gaffaro has beamed ceilings and wooden floors.

The kitchen is well furnished with everything you need.

Close to the vibrant areas of San Pantalon and Santa Margherita with many restaurants and bars.

A romantic and elegant apartment for two people in a 16th-century Venetian house. Close to the bus terminal and the train station is also nearby to some main site like the Frari church and the Scuola Grande of San Rocco with the Tintoretto ceilings.

The Rialto bridge is at around 15 min. walking and from there you reach St. Mark square in 10 min. more.

The neighborhood has many fine restaurants and bars, groceries, bakeries and very good pastry shops.

You will also enjoy the vibrant area of Campo Santa Margherita and Salizzada San Pantalon.

The garden will give you some unforgettable moments having a drink or breakfast or just resting after a walking day around the town. It has a beautiful bedroom in which tropical style meets ancient original Venetian findings and a large ensuite bathroom (14 sqm with separate toilette).

The kitchen is well furnished with everything you need to prepare a tasty dinner.

Living like a local

Our family loved staying in this old style Venetian house in an absolutely wonderful location. Having a private courtyard felt incredibly luxurious and provided respite from the busy streets. The house was set apart from any tourist areas and was very convenient to walk to every neighborhood in the city. Cristina was the ultimate hostess, providing detailed information and recommendations on her lifelong favorite spots (like only a true Venetian could do). Thank you, Cristina! We highly recommend staying here.

Appartement agréable, propre, calme , très bien équipé et idéalement placé pour rayonner dans Venise, a 5 min du terminal bus arrivant de l’aéroport. Propriétaire charmante , généreuse de bons conseils et n’hésitant pas a vous aider en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons vivement

Nice place, some issues

Good: location, quiet neighborhood, everything within a mile; private little courtyard; big bathroom, two sinks and a bidet So-so: insufficient basic supplies (just two towels for 5 nights; had to buy TP, paper towels, dish soap); wobbly table & cheap plastic chairs in the courtyard; noisy upstairs neighbors Not so good: No shower curtain, water sprays everywhere when trying to shower in tub; kitchen and dining room not well lit, very dark; bed - two single mattresses don't stay together

Not to be overlooked is the proximity to Campo Santa Margherita, a square with several very lively and characteristic places.
