Amazing Amazing Amazing

After clear instructions on how to easily navigate the journey from the station to the apartment we were met at the door of this amazing location.We were shown through the apartment to be amazed by the size and excellent appointment. Modern, clean but still authentic.Our final amazement occurred when we were shown the balcony overlooking the lagoon. After a short walk to the local supermarket we were enjoying Prosecco and cheese trying to resist taking one more photo.

Heaven on Earth

What a magnificent place! Just like the listing; great location, clean, comfortable and everything you'll need in one place. When we return, we'll be staying there. Patricia was amazing and super helpful. We enjoyed our trip so much.

A brilliant oasis of calm

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful and clean apartment. All the facilities were excellent. Great rooms and we loved watching all the boats from the balcony. Plenty of local amenities. Patrizia was a lovely, welcoming and helpful host.

Wonderful for Bienalle

This is a wonderful place - so convenient for the Bienalle and then for everything else in Venice. The outdoor terrace gives marvelous views and is perfect for breakfast and people watching. Everything needed is easily found in the neighborhood. The host provides superb information.

Beautiful apartment with lovely view.

The apartment is beautiful and well placed for cafes, bars and restaurants as well as stores to buy food. The road is lively at nighttime. The terrace was lovely to sit on and admire the beautiful views. It is a 10 minute walk from San Marco and a few minutes away from the water taxi. Patrizia was excellent in communicating and giving directions. She met us outside the apartment and ensured we were settled in. Would recommend.

Best stay in Venice

Unanimously voted our favorite place on our Europe trip. The property is amazing. It’s very close to a big vaporetti stop and about an easy 10 minute walk from St. mark’s square. But just far enough away to be separate from the tourists. The streets is very vibrant with a small store and multiple restaurants. The apt is on the top floor of the building but an easy walk up. The building itself is a very interesting older one but inside the property is nicely done with terrazzo tile and similar surfaces. All very modern and nice and clean. Common room has a few sofas and a real tv( not not just like Apple TV hook up) - had a few afternoon siestas hanging out. Kitchen is nicely appointed with everything you’ll need (including a marvelous nespresso machine). There are 2 bedrooms - one on main level and one up a circular strait. There are 3 (yes 3!) ac European units - which is fantastic. We know getting ac isn’t always used in Europe but I wanted ac here. Every other place we stayed had one unit which made 1 room too cold and the rest too hot. This was perfect. Main bedroom was large and had a ver6 comfortable bed and a fabulous view. Upstairs bedroom was also nice size with a view to the interior. And then the bonus (we understand somewhat Newly redone) the upper deck. We sat outside on the deck every evening and most mornings. The view is to die for. Such a great feature. Host were fabulous as well. Sandro‘s son met us early to drop off bag and we were able to check in early.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It's in a secured apartment building right along the lagoon on the Arsenale area of Venice. It's a short walk to the water bus and the square, but the liveliness of the street was amazing! We ate most of our meals right by the apartment (and all with amazing service). The apartment is the top two floors, with one bedroom on each floor. Kitchen was perfectly appointed as was the bathroom and bedrooms. Rooftop terrace is more stunning in person. Watching the sunset, sipping on some wine is the perfect way to unwind. I would highly recommend staying here - you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic Fine

The property is completely remodeled and a wonderful rooftop , great air conditioning in every room! Patrizia was in communication with us before, during and after communication. We enjoyed the location because we were away from the crowds, but a quick walk to the Basilica and palace. Patricia is also excellent and giving us advice on which taxis to take and restaurant recommendations! Just know there is a lot of stairs to the fourth floor so pack light as there’s no elevator.

Venice Views

The overall experience was wonderful. It was nice to be away from the tourist center yet still have the sites walking-accessible. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. Best of all was the view from the roof deck. Only complaint was the first night a group was loudly celebrating at the trattoria below the front bedroom window until late night. The following night was much quieter however. Not something the management could control. We had a thoroughly enjoyable visit.

A Gem in the Heart of Venice.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at this beautiful location for a week. Sandro and family were so kind and helpful for every possible ask. The apartment is modern, clean and extremely spacious. The location is just outside the tourist area and easy to access and the rooftop patio was absolutely stunning. We loved every minute here and only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We will be back.

Tolle Wohnung

Wir waren 14 Tage in der Wohnung. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und liegt einfach sehr Zentral. Von dort ist man sehr schnell an den Anlegern für die Wassertaxis. Zum Markusplatz sind es 15 Min.. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, das wir bestimmt noch einmal hierher kommen werden. In unseren 14 tagen konnten wir noch nicht einmal alles erkunden. Ob wohl wir schon eine private Reiseführerin gebucht haben. Kurz gesagt: Venedig ist mehr als eine Reise wert und diese Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Besonders natürlich zu erwähnen: unser tägliches Frühstück, mit Blick auf die Lagune von dem Balkon. Liebe Grüße an unsere netten Vermieter. H. u. D. Koch

Great location and terrace

Very nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood with good restaurants and a short walk to vaparettos or to San Marco. It is four floors up. The terrace is one more floor up with the second bedroom and was nice and the view beautiful, though the one in the picture is from standing in the corner of the deck. The ac worked well as did the washer and kitchen appliances. Good recommendation for dinner locally, though I recommend reservations for Nevodi. Very comfortable for two couples. Very easy check-in with owner. Great shower. Highly recommended if you are comfortable with stairs.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, moderne Wohnung mit Dachterrasse

Eine wunderschöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit großem Bad, gut ausgestatteter Küche und einer Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Lagune. Sehr gut gelegen in der Nähe des Arsenale und an der schönen Einkaufs- und Restaurantstraße Via Garibaldi. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Perfection

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, except the view from the terrace is even better in person. Our hosts, Sandro and Patrizia, were very kind and attentive. We enjoyed everything about the apartment - it was very clean and had all of the basic necessities, even coffee, tea, and a cold bottle of water in the fridge. The location in Castello was the best choice because it had fewer tourists, plenty of great restaurants, wine shop, grocery store, and it was easy to reach the city center and tourist attractions. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the apartment to any of our family and friends who visit Venice!
