Regarding heat: These are high-quality, safe space heaters (the same kind used in countless rentals and homes without issue). The breaker reset instructions are there as a simple courtesy because running several at full blast on a cold February night can trip them—something most guests handle without drama. We had no reports of fire hazards or safety issues, and thousands of similar setups operate daily without “burning the place down.” As for the WiFi and bathroom door handle: We sent help promptly, and I’m glad you were able to assist with the minor fix. These are occasional maintenance items in any rental, not hotel-level service (which this isn’t). The detailed check-out instructions are standard for every VRBO whole-home rental I’ve ever seen—hardly unusual. Sorry your stay didn’t meet your expectations, but most of these points were transparent in the listing. Next time, a little more research (as you mentioned) goes a long way.
