Beachfront apartment recently renovated, with capacity for 6 people in the great La Victoria Beach (Cádiz).



Enjoy a privileged location to enjoy the beach and the long Seafront Promenade of the city



It has 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. Accommodation of 66m².



It has a lift, internet access, hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning, Television and many more facilities and/or accessories that will make you feel at home.



The complete kitchen, induction hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental agreement upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Dwellings for Tourist Purposes).



This apartment has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and can be opened with the mobile phone, so if you do the online check-in, you won't have to go through our office at all! If not, you will have to go through CALLE LÁZARO DOU, 2 CADIZ4RENTALS office.

wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment rented through Cadiz4Rentals. The apartment was comfortable, well-furnished, and very clean, with a lovely terrace offering a partial sea view. The location was excellent – close to the supermarket, restaurants, and the beach. The staff at the rental agency were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They regularly inquired about the state of affairs. All the information provided was clear and easy to follow. Even the taxi driver Jorge associated with the company was pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely book again in the future. Many thanks to the wonderful team at Cadiz4Rentals! The only small downside was that there were occasional unpleasant odors coming from the drains. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience.

Piso amplio y limpio. Estuvimos muy agusto. Muy cerca de la playa, tiendas y restaurantes. Agradecer a las chicas su atención. Quizás algo en el menaje de cocina, pero nada relevante.

Location was great! Flat was clean, modern and cool. Amenities were useful and nice. It can be noisy at night with dogs barking for long periods of time. There is also an odd, random and sharp noise that is heard consistently.

We requested bed sheets and blankets and never received these. The house smelled like sewer the whole time. There was a dog barking the whole 2 days. The sheets were thin and no blankets were supplied even after we requested them. There was a cold front coming through Cadiz and we froze the whole time. The reason we did not extend our stay was because of the foul smell that was making us nauseous throughout the house. Additionally the floors were black with dirt. We loaded the dish washer wilth All the dirty dishes, took out the garbage. . The flat was not sanitary with the strong sewage odor and should not be rented. Because of the poor conditions we could not extend our stay, as we were originally hoping for.

Alojamiento muy bien situado

El apartamento está muy bien situado Las chicas de la Agencia son profesionales Nos ha tocado una semana donde estaban pintando y lavando la fachada interior del immeuble Despertados à las 8 de la manana toda la semana ! No se podia tender en los cordeles antes de las 15 h y limpiarlos antes Nadie nos aviso de esta molestia Vecinos arriba ruidosos hasta horas muy tardes, perro que ladra bastante, Pienso que la Agencia tendria que hacer algo para las plazas de parking para los turistas
