Perfect spot for major attractions

Minutes away from all the major attractions, and easy walking distance to others. Apartment was perfect for our needs, which were to sleep and r and r from non stop sightseeing.

Amazing location and rooftop deck!

Apartment was very clean and well kept. Great location and the big rooftop deck was a private oasis. From the train station it was a 10 min walk. The hosts were attentive and we recommend staying here.

Amazing location and amazing terraces!!

All contacts with the owners went really smoothly. At the check-in we were met in person by Luisa and she explained everything about the apartment for us which was really nice. The apartment is basic but the terraces are fabulous and the location as well. We had such a great time staying here in Cadiz!

Absolutely loved my stay! The inside was cute and very functional, but the star of the show was definitely the views! Looking down out over the square with the old clock tower and church from my bedroom and from the private terrace were definitely a highlight of my trip to Spain, and the upper terrace has amazing views over the whole city. The owner doesn't speak much English but was super sweet and helpful, between his little bit of English and my tiny bit of Spanish we did ok! Would stay again in a heartbeat

Amazing Roof Top Apartment

If you want an excellent location and a view there is no better apartment, as long as you can manager 4 flights of steps. Pedro is an excellent host who will meet you there and provide any information you may need. A thoughtful extra was drinks and snacks on arrival and toiletries available to use.

Great location & property

Communications with Pedro & Susanne before arrival were helpful, and Pedro’s welcome was warm. The property is clean and bright with a comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. The apartment has two decks, both of which have beautiful views. The location is perfect, close to everything you will want to see and do in Cádiz. The stairs are not for the faint of heart; a long walk up from the street and another steep staircase in the apartment. This is common in Cádiz, we learned, but people should be prepared.

Basic but good

The 74 stairs to the front door are a challenge, then there are more stairs up to the bedroom and even more stairs to the top terrace. Cooking facilities are very basic: 2-burner cooktop, no oven, no dishwasher. But the main terrace is vast, with a beautiful view, and that makes up for any shortcomings elsewhere.

Great apartment, great location, lovely host

When we booked to stay here we had no idea that the stay would happen in the last week of Carnaval. It was amazing We were met by the host, Pedro who explained the apartment and, despite us have very little Spanish and he having little English he managed to give some history of the both the apartment and Cadiz. Cadiz itself is beautiful were only there for 2 nights and spent a lot of the time there just walking around and saoaking up the feel of the place. At night we had live entertainment in the Plaza downstairs from the apartment and plenty of other stuff in Plazas around the old city. A totally magical experience and we will definitely be returning if/when we get back to Spain, hopefully for the full Carnaval. Thank you Pedro for the chance to stay here and experience Carnaval!

Great host, great property

Great experience from booking to vacating this property on our first visit to Cadiz. Pedro contacted us before our stay to arrange to meet. We were severely delayed during our journey and Pedro was really kind and helpful. The location of the property wad perfect for us, being close to places of interest and restaurants but Cadiz is so compact, we were never too far away from anywhere we wanted to go. Property itself was lovely, old and perfect for 2. All the basics to cook if you want to, but we didn't. The lower terrace is amazing and well-equipped. We had siestas and also sat out later in the evening before bed. The upper terrace has fabulous views of the whole of Cadiz! There are lots of steps to get to yhe apartment and steep staircases inside but we were aware and the terrace/views are well worth the effort. To finish with a big thank-you to Pedro who treated us with warmth and respect. We will return and highly recommend this host and property.

Wonderful views from 2 terraces, central location

The location of the apartment is excellent overlooking a busy plaza and easy walking to all the key sites and very many bars and restaurants. It's a 10 minute flat walk from the bus and train station. The owner is very easy to deal with, met us promptly and gave us some good information. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has no lift, so carrying heavy suitcases is a struggle! However, once you're there, you're treated to fantastic views from 2 terraces. The 1st terrace is accessed straight from the lounge and it is large! There are sun loungers in a lovely sheltered spot and dining table for Al fresco eats and drinks! The 2nd terrace is accessed via stairs from the bedroom and takes you into one of the original look out towers! The views are even more magnificent over the roof tops to the sea! The apartment is characterful, with creaky stairs and wooden beams! It has most things you need to self cater, but there's no oven or dishwasher or kettle! The bed was very comfy and we both slept well. Hopefully we'll be back!

Piso limpio en el centro del casco antiguo con dos fantásticas y amplias terrazas en la azotea.

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. La ubicación del piso, en la cuarta planta, en el centro del casco antiguo es perfecta. El contacto con el anfitrión, muy amable, fue muy bueno. Gracias Pedro.

Centre historique merveilleux

Excellente réception à notre arrivée par Pedro, qui nous a fourni beaucoup d'information utile pour notre séjour. L'appartement se trouve près du coeur de l'action durant le carnaval et nous avons très apprécié l'atmosphère générale du centre historique. La seule faute à relever est que l'annonce indique qu'il y a un ascenseur, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Cela pourrait devenir un obstacle pour certains voyageurs étant donné que l'appartement se trouve au 4ème étage. Malgré cela, l'appartement demeure un excellent choix pour une visite à Cádiz.

Fabulous!

Fantastic property. Amazing outside space, well furnished and with great views. We loved it and would happily choose to stay there again when back in Cadiz. Great hosts. Fabulous town, so much to see and do. Easy and cheap access by train from Sevilla. ❤️
