The villa is need of repair as the bedrooms have a bad damp feisty smell and the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms was unsuitable for hanging clothes cause of the smell which set my daughter’s asthma off. The steps into the pool were rather steep and no hand rail, and definitely need to put Aircon in the living room

Location was perfect however villa was very dated and in need of renovation, we didn’t get a mid week clean as mentioned the booking. The render was falling off by the pool, loose tiles and exposed live electrical cables by the bbq which is not good with younger children our children were teenagers so knew not to go near this. However the price was cheaper than a lot of other villas in the area. We had a lovely time and again the location is good but feel this property needs an overhaul.

Unfortunately, the property was very dilapidated and poorly maintained, which significantly affected our two-week stay.The kitchen sink was broken, the taps were loose, and the drainage mechanism was not plumbed in correctly. There were no instructions for using the facilities, and the air conditioning was difficult to operate. The cleaner arrived on a different day from the one stated in the emails.The outdoor chairs were falling apart and unsafe to sit on. Tiles had fallen off the outside wall and were broken on the floor, while the rendering near the pool had come away and looked very untidy. Cockroaches came up through the bathroom sink, and we also had small ants in the kitchen.The pool was not cleaned until the very end of our two-week stay and became very dirty. The steps into the pool were very deep, with no handrail for support. Exposed electrical wires outside were also a serious safety concern.The grounds were overgrown with weeds coming through the block paving. Ping-pong bats and balls were provided, but there was no table to use them on.We received useful contact numbers by email after arrival, but this was too late as I did not have access to my emails.The only real positives were the comfortable beds and fantastic location. Unfortunately, the numerous maintenance, cleanliness and safety issues overshadowed these positives. We expected much better standards for a holiday rental and feel the property fell well below our expectations.

Ein Bettlaken war dreckig.Die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen hat nicht funktioniert. Es roch noch schimmel. Der Grill mega unpraktisch ist hinter dem Haus, manmuss einmal ums Haus gehen dafür.Positiv war das man direkt eine Mail zurück bekommen hat wenn es Probleme gab. Die che k inund out Zeiten konnten wir variieren wenn es möglich war.
