Beautiful villa with private pool 50 metres from the beach of Port d’Alcúdia.



A magnificent villa for 8 people located in Port d’Alcúdia, very close to the large sandy beach of the bay of Alcúdia. This spacious property has a garden, a swimming pool, several furnished terraces, a solarium, a barbecue and a ping-pong table. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.



The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and comfortable living-dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite full bathroom. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fantastic chill-out terrace overlooking the pool. It is certainly an ideal place to relax after a long day at the beach! The outside areas have all the comforts you need to enjoy the superb climate of Mallorca.



The villa stands out for its large garden with terraces surrounding the property and its recently-built private swimming pool. Just a minute away, you can enjoy one of the best family beaches in the north.



Around the villa you can enjoy a wide variety of facilities: large supermarkets, restaurants, fashion stores, perfumeries and car rental. Walking along the beach to the port is one of the pleasures of your stay. In Port d’Alcúdia, you can enjoy a wonderful dinner in a restaurant or simply stroll along the quiet marina at sunset.



Within walking distance, there is a bus service connecting Port d’Alcúdia and Can Picafort, one of the more famous neighboring towns. There is also a taxi rank just 400 m away. This is the perfect place from which to explore the bay of Alcúdia and the north of Mallorca.

Size of property is fantastic for 8 adults. Basically 3 separate accommodations so perfect for adults but probably not ideal for small families because it’s not connecting. Location is fantastic. Pretty much 30 seconds walk from the beach. If I’m to be picky, it can do with freshening up and would recommend new mattresses and extra pillows. An welcome book with tv instructions etc would be useful

Great Villa in Alcudia

The Villa was incredibly clean and tidy. which is one of the key things for us whenever we rent a holiday home. The swimming pool and garden area were also very well looked after. Toni was always on hand to answer any queries by text/whatsapp which is really helpful. The location is great - we wanted something near the beautiful Alcudia beach, and this was ideal. It is also very close to some great restaurants and shops so again, ticks all the boxes! The property has an unusual internal layout which may not suit those with younger children, but for an 'adult/older teenager' group its fantastic. Thank you for letting us stay!

Super Haus mit Pool. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alle Schlafzimmer und auch das Wohnzimmer verfügten über eine Klimaanlage. Wurde es dann tagsüber doch zu warm ging's zur Abkühlung in den Pool. Die fast direkte Strandlage, nicht mehr als 50 Meter, war für unsere Kinder perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert. Kleinere Probleme würden sofort gelöst. Daumen hoch.

Een heel mooie villa met alles erop en eraan

Zeer mooie villa, uitgerust met werkelijk alles wat nodig is voor een heerlijke vakantie zowel binnens- als buitenshuis. Aan voorkant gelegen aan drukke winkelstraat, maar door de ligging van villa merk je daar weinig van. De tuinkant heeft een heerlijk zwembad niet al te groot, maar prima geschikt voor kleine kinderen en een verkoelende duik voor volwassenen. De zijuitgang komt uit op klein straatje waardoor je binnen 2 minuten op een fijn strand staat met een zeer langzaam aflopende kustlijn, met name zeer geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Het centrum van Port Alcudia maakt een zeer verzorgde indruk. Kortom wij ( 2 grootouders, 3 kinderen en 3 kleinkinderen in de leeftijd van 4 en 11 jaar) hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad. Tolle Unterkunft mit extrem guter Lage

Wir haben die Villa Comes mit jeweils 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern (4 Jahre und jünger) bewohnt. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Es gibt eine Absicherung für den Pool, ein Gitter für die Treppe, Rausfallschutz aus dem Bett etc. Zudem eine riesige Menge an Strand- / Wasserspielzeug. Wirklich super! Auch die Ausstattung der Küche sowie die Sauberkeit ist für ein Ferienhaus super. Die Lage zum Strand ist sensationell und nicht zu toppen. Das Nachbarhotel ist ein sehr ruhiges "adults only"-Hotel, welches hörbar kein Abendprogramm hatte, so dass abends von dort keinerlei störender Lärm kam. Einzig die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist anfangs irritierend gewesen, denn die oberen Zimmer haben eine eigene Eingangstür zur Treppe ebenso das eine Doppelzimmer. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls sehr, sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und denken, dass wir wieder kommen werden!
