This palatial villa is located in the exclusive 'Hacienda Las Chapas' estate 15 minutes away from the centre of Marbella. This property boasts 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom spread across two floors. Central to the living space is its large colonial style living space, equipped with its own bar. There are three bedrooms on each floor, connected by an internal staircase, with each level having it's own entrance, kitchen and sitting room making this an ideal space for two families. The property also has a home office ideally located in a peaceful part of the villa should you need to work during your stay. There is also a table tennis room. The garden and pool are private to the villa and split across two levels. Guests will also have access to the estate's communal tennis court. This property is exclusively managed by Anda Homes. Should you require anything during your stay a property manager will be available 24/7 Should you require it, we will be able to assist you in hiring any staff that you may require during your stay. This villa is located at the heart of the exclusive 'Hacienda Las Chapas' estate, centrally located along the Costa del Sol. The closest beach is a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. The closest supermarket is a 2 minute drive away. There are also bars and restaurants a short distance away. With access to the costal road just a few minutes away, central Marbella is a 15 minute drive away. Due to Hacienda Las Chapas being centrally positioned along the Costa del Sol, it is easily accessible by car. La Cala de Mijas - 10 mins Marbella Centre - under 15 mins Puerto Banus - 15 mins Malaga Airport - 30 mins Malaga City - 40 mins The villa is ideal for families looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Parties at the property are strictly forbidden, and the host retains the right to evict tenants should this rule be breached in any way. Booking requests from groups with less than two people over 40 years old will have their booking rejected. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent these items.

Tolles Haus mit fantastischem Blick

Wir haben im Mai 2022 3 Nächte mit 12 Leuten hier verbracht. Es war wirklich toll. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß, es gibt 6 schöner Bäder. Das Haus ist schon sehr beeindruckend und verwinkelt. Die Außenanlage ist gepflegt und grün, der Ausblick atemberaubend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Location is Super. Villa is very nice, however needs little upgrades. Ac downstairs was not working.

Excellent séjour

Rob est très réactif et agréable, l'organisation est simple. La maison est idéalement placée, spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

The best view in Spain magnificent, house was beautiful and the pool great. A little closer to the supermarket would have been helpful as we had no car but Uber was always available.

Diese Super Villa ist nur zum Empfehlen🤩🤩🥰

Ich war mit meiner Familie und später mit Kumpels in dieser Traumhaften Villa😻👍 von 10 Punkten hat dies Villa 10 Plus verdient. Ich war den Ganzen Oktober 2021 plus 1 Woche in November 2021 dort. Diese Aussicht und die Absolute Privatsphäre war der Hammer 😻🥰 Habe noch nie so etwas Perfektes Gemietet😎. Immer Wider gerne 🤩🤩🤩
