With private pool, gardens, rooftop terrace and parking. Description of the apartment: - Living room: Direct access to the terrace overlooking the sea, village and hills of Canyamel. Sofa bed with a comfortable viscoelastic mattress (160 cm). Dining area and 50"smart TV (DE, EN, FR, IT channels. Connect to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc...) - Bedroom: King size bed (180 cm) memory foam mattress, built-in wardrobes, direct access to the terrace overlooking the sea and hills of Canyamel. Equipped with a 42"smart TV (All international channels) Babycot available. - Terrace: 15 m2, divided into a dining area and a relax corner with "chaises lounge" - Kitchen: Fully equipped. Large fridge, dishwasher, microwave-grill, washing machine, induction cook top, Nespresso, etc. - Bathroom: Full bathroom with an Italian shower. - Equipped with air conditioning and heating. - PERFECT FOR TELEWORKING! WIFI: 500Mb optic fiber connection Common areas: The Pool and gardens: Equipped with chaises-lounge and tables, with two areas (kids - 1 m deep and adults - 1,5 m). Surrounded by Mediterranean pine trees. The Rooftop terrace: Simply the best 360 degree views of Canyamel, the sea, the Cape Vermell, the hills and the forest. The North East of Mallorca offers some of the most beautiful landscapes of the island, with numerous wild white sand beaches and preserved nature. Great offer of leisure activities such as golf, horse riding, boat chartering, sailing, scuba diving, sightseeing, etc. Important details: -Citytax: 2 €/person/night (over 16 ) from May to October. 0,50€/person/night (over 16) from April to November. Guests will have full access to the pool, the rooftop terrace and the gardens. Parking space available at the property but limited to 13 places for 17 apartments. Airport pick-up service is available upon request. 10% Discount rent a car offered. Canyamel is a small and calm village. It is family oriented with plenty of restaurants and terraces, but no discos and noisy nightlife. It has a beautiful beach with the opportunity to practise water sports and leisure activities and restaurants on the beach itself. On the pedestrian street, one can find supermarkets, a pharmacy and various small shops. The North East of Mallorca offers some of the most beautiful landscapes of the island, with numerous wild white sand beaches. Great combination of other activities such as golf, horse riding, boat chartering, sailing, scuba diving, etc. LONG TERM STAY services not included: -Cleaning every 15 days by the guest (€40) -Extra bed linen change service (on request). -Electricity expenses apart -Guarantee deposit of €200 (returned at the end of the stay less electricity costs). Citytax: € 2 / person / night (over 16 years old) from May to October. € 0.50 / person / night (over 16 years old) from November to April. Safety deposit: 300€ will be refund 72 hours after check out.

Tolles,modernes Appartement

Sehr ruhiges stylisches Haus. Das helle ,modern eingerichtete Appartement gefiel uns sofort. Die Gebrauchsgegenstände sind neuwertig .Es wurde an alles gedacht. Der Balkon ist gross und super nutzbar. Die Gesamtanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der schöne Strand ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt.Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Excepcional estancia en Mallorca

Hemos pasado unos días en Mallorca y el apartamento ha sido de lo mejor !! Cloe se ha portado excepcionalmente. El estado de la casa era inmejorable y la ubicación perfecta!. Volveremos!!!
