Great property by the beach

Really excellent property that is next to the beach. It's clean and spacious for a couple and the access to local restaurants, bars and transport is perfect.

Beautiful location

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was perfect as well as the communication with our host Tim. We would not hesitate to book here for our future stays.

Nous avons adoré l’appartement et surtout la terrasse avec une vue superbe sur la mer et les montagnes . L’appartement est très lumineux et confortable . L’accès à la mer est facile grâce aux ascenseurs et les alentours de la piscine sont beaux .

Stunning View of the Sea & Mountains

We enjoyed our three week stay in this comfortable unit. There is a wonderful walkway which we strolled daily which is along the sea and leads to Benalmadena, a lovely port. It is aligned with restaurants, stores & bars. Tim is a great host and also responded promptly to our questions and provided us with tourist suggestions too. Muchas gracías!

A little slice of heaven

We had the best stay at Tim's apartment. Tim was an excellent host and answered any questions that I had very quickly. He also provided really good detail regarding the check in/check out process and any added information that we needed. The information guide in the apartment was also very useful. The apartment itself was exactly as per the pictures and can not fault it. There is everything you could possibly need for your stay and the view is unbeatable. I would highly recommend Tim and his apartment and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Super appartement

Excellent hôte. Excellente communication avec l’hôte. Ce dernier a eu le souci de laisser des informations sur la bâtisse, le fonctionnement (vidange), les restos à proximité. Les coordonnées pour se rendre à l’appartement étaient très claires. L’appartement a une vue une incroyable sur la mer, sur la promenade et la ville. A recommander !

Exceeded all our expectations

First you see the wonderful view and then you realise how sparklingly clean the apartment is. The layout is perfect with both rooms leading to the balcony (we spent most of our time here). The garden and pool were another revelation. I could go on but I don’t want it to be fully booked for my next trip 😊

Formidable appartement au-dessus de la mer

Formidable séjour. Cela fait deux fois que nous venons ici. C'est le meilleur endroit pour séjourner à Torremolinos. L'appartement est toujours superbe avec tout le confort nécessaire et une belle décoration. Vue imprenable sur la mer et les côtes de Málaga. Résidence avec accès direct à la plage par ascenseur. Piscine magnifique et superbement entretenue. En plus le propriétaire Tim est adorable. Je recommande sans hésiter.

everything was great. the apt is well kept and well equiped with everything i needed (for a 6 week visit) right at hand. the view is great. Tim is a great host and I would rent from him again as well as recommend him to others. No complaints whatsoever.

Wonderful

The Apt. was perfect, beautiful view, very clean and a well equipt kitchen and the Apt. was close to restaurants and nightlife (if that's you thing). Tim was available to answer any questions and to help with the checkin. Overall we has a very relaxing stay in Torremolinos and would certainly return to Tim's Apt. Thanks again Ken & Terry

Fabulous Apartment

Wow what a fabulous apartment and stunning views out to the sea. Great communication with Tim who answered any questions quickly. Apartment was immaculate and clean and had everything you needed. A lovely welcome gift was waiting for us. It’s right on the beach and only a short walk into town or the train station. Lots of bars and restaurants and a great bakers nearby. As we were celebrating our anniversary I asked Tim for any restaurant recommendations and he provided us with two which we went to and were not disappointed. The two restaurants were Ibiza and La Experiencia. This has been one of best apartments we have rented and would certainly go back.

Das traumhafte Apartment ist noch besser als auf den Fotos. Top Aussicht, sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super und Tim ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich umgehend um alles kümmert. Es ist einfach alles absolut in Ordnung.

10 day stay

From start to finish this was a very positive experience Tim answered messages quickly and friendly The accommodation was first class with everything we needed in a very quiet central area Every morning we walked the couple of 100 yards to mcJamon a local no frills Spanish cafe bar where we had 2 croissants 2 coffees and 2 orange juice This was also our last stop every evening for a relaxed drink before returning to the apartment I would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to return at some point

Un appartement idyllique

Un logement de rêve surplombant la mer. Superbement bien décoré, agencé et équipé. Les photos sur site sont en tous points fidèles à la réalité. L'hôte est très sympathique et réactif . The property is in the best location we have stayed over the years. Great pool and cafe bar. Right next to the beach and a 5 min walk to the town centre. Coming back next year. Highly recommend.
