The apartment was very confortabile, we had all we needed, even more things, such us: sun umbrella, sun chairs, towels for the beach, even a hairdryer with diffuser for curly hair. The terrace was very welcoming, with lot of plants and solar lamps. The distance to the beach was about 7 minutes. For us it was perfect.

Five Star!!

Booking, communication, meet and greet everything was just fabulous. This place was Greta for my son to just chill. Not far from the beach and shops at all. Gorgeous little place and I will be certainly be back again to try one of the other apartments.

A home from home!

This apartment has everything you would need and more. We loved the outdoor seating area and used it every day. Internally, it is very comfortable and the location is quiet but close to all amenities. We would not hesitate to return. Thanks to Julia and Ainoa for making our holiday so enjoyable 😁

Lovely well equipped apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this very well equipped apartment....a real home from home! Julia and Michelle are very helpful and provided great communication before and during our stay. It is close to the beach and lits of restaurants, shops and bars, with Aldi a couple of minutes walk away. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Had a wonderful 10 day stay at this lovely apartment. It had absolutely you need for a comfortable stay. The well furnished terrace was a lovely spot to relax with a cool drink. Only 5 min walk to beach, bars and restaurants! Great communication with the owner throughout. Would recommend & would definitely stay again

Great apartment in a superb position. Everything we needed was there and very secure. A lovely welcome pack including wine and cake and the loveliest of greeters there to meey us. This is a home from home property, although small has everything you need to feel welcome and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and resteraunts in Carihuela. Host Julia was very helpful with enquiries and a big thank you to Michelle who keeps the place lovely and checks you in. A lovely area to sit outside and relax. We would have liked more english channels on tv and a umbrella to use on the terrace but only minor things. Wouldnt say big enough for 4 adults but def 2 adults and 2 children. We had a lovely stay.

Lovely stay in La Carihuela

From initial enquiry and throughout our 4 week stay the communication with Julia, the host and her small team was excellent. The apartment is cute and quirky and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, as was both the indoor and outdoor furniture. We spent alot of time on the warm, sheltered balcony reading and generally relaxing. There is a good size pool which is well maintained, as are the pretty garden areas.The sunbathing deck is ideal for sun worshipers although we would have liked more shade.Julia was very helpful regarding check in and out times as our flights were both late, she made no extra charge for this. It's a short walk to the beautiful La Carihuela seafront where we walked to Torremolinos in one direction and Benalmadena in the other, with lovely cafes, restaurants, ice cream stands and shops. Our favourite area is Calle Bulto, a parallel road with an old-town feel with lots of shops alongside the bars, restaurants etc.Thank you Julia, Noe and Ainoa for the effort and kindness you showed us.

Not as advertised

Advertised as a one bedroom apartment, its quite obvious that it was built as a studio with a balcony. The glazed in balcony to create a bedroom was SE facing and was like a greenhouse. The aircon unit couldn't be used at night because of the excessive noise. It says in your description that the apartment had been recently renovated, i would definitely refute that claim. The kitchen, old microwave, crockery chipped and mismatched, glassware a total mismatch, fridge freezer no bottle storage in door, mini oven downright dangerous, cookware four frying pans, only one was serviceable. Bathroom, must be at least 30 years old, grouting is dirty in places,silicone mouldy and missing in places,shower rail is rusty, toilet seat is a disgrace, loose ,cracked pvc coating. Far to much furniture big table and six chairs, its for two people. This studio is not as advertised and is in need of complete renovation and removal of the glazing on the balcony. The photos in the description don't live up to reality.

Excellent location and a lovely apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The most perfect location with a one minute stroll to the large supermarket and a two minute stroll to the gorgeous Carihuela beach. Sitting outside on the comfortable seating was very enjoyable at the end of a day on the beach or a night out. Very quiet and peaceful. Ionah who met us at the apartment is a really lovely young lady and an absolute pleasure to speak with. You could tell she has high standards of cleanliness and presentation with the apartment. We never cooked in the apartment, we just had nibbles and drinks, but all utensils and equipment is available should you wish to cook a meal. The grounds are very well presented, we did not use the pool as we prefer the beach but the setting of the pool looked nice. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again and would not hesitate to recommend Julia and Ionah to assist with excellent accommodation for your stay in this area. A real gem.

Een klein spaans appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima buurt, kleine wandeling 5 min naar de boulevard, grote supermarkt op 50 m. Klein minpuntje, bed lag wat hard en is aan de korte kant. Maar dat is met de meeste spaanse bedden.

Great Apartment with use of pool/roof terrace

Welcomed by the lovely Michelle into this lovely air conditioned apartment. Were left all necessities including a bottle of red wine, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee etc. 10 minute walk down to Carihuela with lots of Supermarkets in surrounding area. Furnishings very nice with comfortable bed. Michelle came over to say goodbye and was always available to answer questions. Lovely terrace made for a very relaxing experience! Rosemary & John
