Modern and comfortable second floor apartment situated on the seafront with exceptional views over the bay of Pollença and the mountains.

The apartment has been totally reformed consisting of one double bedroom with twin beds, living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with large shower. There is air conditioning hot and cold in the living room and hall entrance, 9 m² front terrace overlooking the sea.

Located right on the beach, supermarkets, shops,bars and restaurants to 30 meters.
