Apartment on the beach Puerto Pollença. Apartment Mateo is located just 50 metres from the sandy beach of Port Pollensa. The building has been refurbished in 2020 and the apartment in 2022 . Apartment Mateo offers a spacious, sunny balcony, a modern living/dining room with open plan kitchen and two bedrooms. Beach bars, restaurants and shops are just around the corner, mainly by the sea. The surf and sailing school Sail & Surf offers courses for different age groups.

Nowadays this former fishing village boasts a marina and a beautiful pedestrian promenade with bars, restaurants and small boutiques. Known as the Pine Walk, its old townhouses convey a sense of the area’s illustrious past. At the end of the promenade, you will find the Hotel Illa d’Or. In the first half of the twentieth century, it was a meeting place for travellers coming from all over Europe to Majorca, and today it has lost none of its charm. Here you can still enjoy a sundowner on the wonderful seaside terrace. A long sandy beach stretches around the bay. Families with children love the wide, gently sloping sands and turquoise water. Pollensa Bay is a popular area for water sports enthusiasts and has a sailing and kitesurfing school.

Entspannte Tage am Meer

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage ,nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt .Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten in Restaurants, Bars oder Geschäften. Das Appartement ist hell und maritim gestaltet und wohnlich dekoriert. Es gibt sehr viel Stauraum und es fehlt an nichts. Die gesamten Abläufe der Anmietung, Zufahrtsbeschreibung und Schlüsseldeponierung waren völlig komplikationslos und ein früheres Einstellen des Gepäcks bei Anreise problemlos möglich. Wir hatten eine abwechslungsreiche Woche mit gemieteten Fahrrädern ( direkt unter der Wohnung möglich) und haben die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten dieses Standortes sehr genossen. Freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal!

A beautiful apartment

The apartment is exactly what you see in the photos. It is very beautiful and close to the beach and restaurants. Check in is extremely easy and the apartment was very spacious and very quiet at night.

Very nice base for acrivities.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung wirklich genossen. Wir hatten viel Platz und der Fahrradladen direkt unter uns war einfach super praktisch. Die Wohnung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und man hat viele Lokale diekt in der Umgebung. Einfach nur nice...

Confermo quanto scritto nelle recensioni dei precedenti ospiti: era il nostro primo viaggio a Maiorca e siamo stati estremamente soddisfatti sia della scelta di alloggiare a Port de Pollença per la tranquillità del posto e la sua vicinanza ad altre aree di interesse turistico (Cap de Formentor, Alcudia, Pollença) sia dell'accoglienza riservataci da Martina. L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto: è spazioso, confortevole e con alcuni plus che ci hanno reso il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole (l'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, il televisore con abbonamento a Nexflix, l'ampio terrazzo con lettini-sdraio). Se dovessimo ritornare sull'isola, prenoteremmo di nuovo senza esitazione l'alloggio di Martina.

We’ve had a really fantastic break at Martina’s flat.

One street,a two minute walk to the beach, a lovely balcony, plenty of space and the kitchen is really well equipped for self catering. We found everything just perfect and it felt like a home from home whilst we were there. The bedrooms being down the corridor from the main sitting area made it ideal for our 18 month old who went to sleep earlier than us so we didn’t disturb her whilst listening to the TV. Everything was super clean and nicely presented, very impressed.

We loved the space

The apartment is great. We loved the space and how clean it is. The beds are comfortable, the shower is great, beach towels are provided. You can even see a sliver of sea from the balcony. The sandy beach is a really short walk and the restaurant across the street is great. Martina was always quick to respond and the cleaner who came in to clean halfway through our stay was lovely. We'd definitely recommend and would stay again one day

Great location

Great location and new clean apartment. Host left a number of essential items that were really useful such as dishwasher tablets, coffee ect. All in all great host and accommodation.

Schöne Tage in Puerto Pollenca

Wir haben eine geräumige und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem großen Balkon vorgefunden. Die Dusche hat eine schöne Grösse mit einer stabilen Glasschiebetür. Für die ersten Tage gab es ausreichend Toilettenpapier, Waschmittel und Geschirrspültabs. Wir haben uns über nette kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, wie Wasser, Wein, Keksen und Knabbereien sehr gefreut! Für uns war das Doppelbett mit einer Breite von knapp 1,50 m zu klein, glücklicherweise gab es ein zweites Schlafzimmer, in dem wir die beiden Einzelbetten zusammenschieben konnten. Die Matratzen haben wir als sehr hart empfunden, aber das ist natürlich persönlicher Geschmack und Gewohnheit. Für die Pflege der Duschtür wäre ein Anzieher vorteilhaft gewesen.

Great apartment

My wife, 8 month old daughter and I stayed at Martina’s apartment for a week and it was just perfect. The location couldn’t be any better, one street back from the beachfront and a 60 second walk to the closest. breakfast spot, it really was perfect. A 10minute walk I’m either direction along the beachfront would take us past so many restaurants. The apartment itself was great with fantastic air conditioning and spacious rooms. The kitchen was well equipped, so duh so that we cooked most evenings. This is the perfect apartment for a family wanting a base to explore the local area!
