On the exclusive Protaras Mediterranean coast, Villa Ahina is a luxury villa which can accommodate up to five people comfortably, and is ideal for families. Villa Athina includes a private swimming pool, and air conditioning throughout (in all 2 bedrooms and the living room), en-suite. The beach is 200 meters away, with local tavernas, pubs, and supermarkets all within walking distance. The villa is situated 200 meters from the hard of Pernera. Close to Pernera Center. Quiet and safe place.
One of the bedrooms has one bunk bed and a single bed ( 3 persons). The other bedroom has a double bed and is ensuite bedroom

The communication with the property manager was excellent, he was very helpful and nothing was a problem. The property was lovely and matched the description, the pool area has secure fencing if you have small children, pool maintenance was excellent they pool cleaners came twice a week.The villa is in a lovely area just a short walk from pernera with bars and restaurants, protaras was close enough to walk, also many beaches in the local area , very good local bus routes very close to the villa.this score was a 10 out of 10 for us. I would stay again.
