The listing says it has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has two double beds and the other two have one double bed each. There is a sofa bed in the living room. So it should have 4 beds and 1 sofa bed. It says that it sleeps up to 10 people. It’s the main reason why I booked it because I don’t like sleeping on sofa bed. It turns out that it only has total 3 beds and 1 sofa bed. We have 7 people. Someone has to sleep on the sofa bed. I was very disappointed and pointed it out to the owner. However the owner insisted that they didn’t make the wrong listing. It upset me more. They even didn’t apologize about it. It’s seems to be ours problem. We changed our booking for this one because we thought it has 4 beds and a sofa bed. The other one is next to the castle. This place is far away from the castle. It takes 28 minutes to walk to castle. It’s not 18 minutes indicated in the listing. The agent took care of the answers however they can not do anything. The owner did not respond quickly. The house is clean with most of things we need. However, the owner is not friendly. We regret that we changed booking for this one because the other one has the same amount of the beds, same price but next to the castle. We have to walk 20 more minutes or take the taxi to get to the old town area each day. We asked for partial refund because the listing is not correct but the owner insisted that they are correct.
