Villa Balneari Resort is an excellent place to spend your family vacation. Located on a 13,500 m2 property, completely fenced and private. You can enjoy a large house, completely renovated and well decorated, with all services: washing machine, dryer, iron, fully equipped kitchen, complete sinks with dryer. The house has 5 bedrooms, with double and single beds plus a crib, at no additional cost. Sheet and towel service included. With central heating, air conditioning and wifi. In the garden area, there is a large porch for family meals. From the porch you can access the pool with jacuzzi, a second kitchen, fully equipped and brand new, a third bathroom complete with two showers and the barbecue area (3 barbecues to cook different foods at the same time). It has a large terrace full of flowers, a front porch with views of a Sevillian-style fountain. The garden is completely renovated, with bushes, flowers and different trees (palm trees and pines) that provide an extremely calm environment and exude a special peace. From the forest you can access the racquetball court, tennis and the indoor soccer field, where adults and children can enjoy playing family championships. There is also, in front of the soccer field, a snack area with a playground, swings, seesaw, ... an ideal environment prepared not only for rest, but also for enjoying a unique space with the family.
In the garden there are different areas for different activities such as mini golf and a badminton field, as well as pool volleyball. Different environments make it unique, such as a gazebo in a sunny area and another gazebo on the porch to have an aperitif, as well as a solarium in a small tower, from which there are views over the entire property.
