Propriétaire extrêmement sympathique

Séjour super. Villa parfaite avec piscine près de la plage. Suite à un problème lors de notre séjour, on n a pu apprécier la sympathie et la gentillesse de Javier le propriétaire. Seul inconvénient il faut prendre la voiture pour aller dans Salou et il est tres difficile de se garer en ville. Sinon villa au top.

Très bon sejour (9 personnes)

Maison très fonctionnelle malgré une cuisine trop étroite néanmoins bien équipée. Vaisselle suffisante pour un seul repas a 9. La maison est très belle et réserve de bonnes surprises ( table de ping pong dans le garage, chambres meilleures que les photos présentées notamment l'absence de lit superposé remplacés par de vrais lits), la terrasse et la pisicine sont très agréables. Chambres spacieuses avec suffisamment de rangements Le quartier est calme et bien situé (à 35 minutes à pied du centre, arrêt de bus juste a coté et plages a 5 minutes à pied) Des supérettes sont a proximité pour dépanner mais pour des grosses courses cela reste plus compliqué si l'on est pas véhiculé. Un vrai bémol reste cependant le grand manque de réactivité de la personne avec qui nous étions en contact pour la propriété rendant toute demande d'information assez compliquée. Un grand merci pour la flexibilité du check out nous ayant permis de rester plus longtemps dans la maison en attendant notre départ ! En somme nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis à profiter de la piscine, du soleil d'Espagne et de la bonne vie nocturne de Salou !

Super!

Супер место для отдыха! Очень комфортный, удобный, продуманный дом. Кондиционер работает замечательно. До пляжа 5 минут. В отличие от фото, добавилась прекрасная лаунж-зона с креслами . С удовольствием вернемся!

propriete hyper propre, au calme, et conforme aux photos et de plus proprio accueillant et disponible. rare sur Salou! A retenir. seul petit bemol il y a le satellite mais 1 seule chaine francaise.

Great house

First of all I want to say that my friends and I had a wonderfull stay in this house. We arrived at the house and were welcomed by Xavier the owner. He took some of us including me for a ride, to show us the town. (He helped us with our groceries and lots of other stuff.) I would recommend it to everyone!

Good location, better house, it was perfect!

Really nice house, on a good location, the owner was really helpful to us and I had one of my best vacations here in Salou. Everything that you need was there, it was all still very new. The kitchen, the bathrooms, everything was perfectly fine and worked perfectly. Had a great time here with my friends, and I highly recommend this place if you want to visit Salou with a group or with your family.

Tip Top in Orde, Super Sympathieke Eigenaar!

Toen we arriveerden, kregen we een rondleiding doorheen het hele huis. Javier (de eigenaar) heeft ons alles getoond en uitgelegd, terwijl we goed aan het lachen waren binnen onze groep. Hij heeft ons zelfs 2 keer naar de winkel gebracht met zijn auto. Het huis was dik oké, alles wat nodig was, en wat vermeld was op deze site was ook effectief aanwezig. Side note, de airco werkte super, op warmere dagen hadden we geen last van de hitte. Korte Samenvatting, Sympathieke eigenaar en een tophuis op een toplocatie. Een echte aanrader!! When we arrived, we got a little tour around the house. Javier (the owner of the house) explained the basics while me and my friends where still having fun, joking around. He even was kind enough to drive us to the biggest store around, twice! The house itself was great, everthing mentioned on this site was there. And I can assure you that the airco works great too, on hot days we didn't even notice the heat when we were inside. Short Summary, Great owner, Great house and a Great location! A.J. - SB16

Excelente

La casa es todo lo que prometía ser. Bien ubicada, bien equipada,nueva y en una zona muy tranquila y al lado del mar. El dueño encantador y dispuesto a agradar. Lo recomiendo para pasar unos días en familia y desconectar y por supuesto ,para ir a Port aventura. Esta muy cerca del parque pero a la vez apartada del bullicio de Salou.

Séjour très agréable ! A côté de tout !! Le propriétaire est super accueillant, gentil et aimable ! La maison est super, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et propre à notre arrivée! Nous étions un groupe d'amies et nous avons plus qu'apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa !

Awesome Place

I stayed on this House last year for two weeks. Firstly I have to say that the house is totally new, it has all the commodities needed, even more because the landlord is really kind and he is there for anything I asked for. The house is located in front of the beach, just 5 minutes walking. I recommend this house!!
