Apartment was great, its in a little bit of an industrial area, not a lot of restaurants or services. Very close to the soccer stadium which I was told brings things to life when the team plays.

Great Accommodation

The flat is very spacious for 2 people, and there was plenty of room when we had our daughter and her husband visiting too. It is very close to Ibrox, so it would get busy on match days. That said, Rangers played a friendly while we there and we hardly noticed because we went into town... something that is extremely easy to do as Ibrox subway station is literally less than 60 seconds walk away. There is an Aldi and an Asda within a mile for provisions. We met the owner, Kevin, who was working on the neighbouring house and he seems a very nice and helpful guy. I would have no problem recommending this place, and will probably use it again if my daughter still hasn't fixed up her guest room!

Beautiful Flat

Kevin has done such a great job refurbishing this house. Everything is just beautiful and in great working order. Like others leaving a review, the location is off-putting at first, but honestly, it’s so close to the Ibrox subway stop that you are in town within minutes. It’s a fun little place to hear the subway rumbling underneath the house! It does stop running at midnight, so it’s not an all night thing. Kevin is super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Glasgow near Ibrox Stadium

This is probably the most spacious rental we have ever had. The unit was very well equipped with amenities and with a large Living Room, a large bathroom, large kitchen, and a large bedroom with a king bed. Everything was exceptionally clean and well attended to. It wasn’t the most picturesque location, but the nice thing was that is only a few hundred feet from a Subway station which we used every day.

Great Stay and great Host

This accommodation had everything we needed to make our stay hassle free and as comfortable as being at home. There were extra small amenities which is probably why they are such great hosts. Our host Kevin was very responsive to our communication which was great, and the location was very convenient to hop on the tube, and go explore glasgow. Once the foot bridge is built by the riverside museum, it will be a great bonus. Thanks Kevin for a great stay.

Well equipped and easy access Ibrox location

This flat is located right next to the Ibrox subway stop south of the river in Glasgow. We were looking for something in this area. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with all that we needed. There was even a small washer for our clothes which was helpful. The owner met us at check in and was available if we needed anything. He made us feel welcome. The area is a mix of industry and flats, so there is not a lot in the area in terms of restaurants and shopping. But you can easily get on the subway and ride a few stops to the busier areas. We truly did enjoy our stay, but it should be noted that you do hear some noise from the subway, and also that we were there for a cold spell and it was chilly for us with the apartment at 17 degrees. A space heater might be helpful to take the chill off in the winter.

Great stay

Kevin could not have been more helpful. The property was excellent inside. The area is somewhat industrial but not unpleasant and really handy for the subway and easy to drive to places further away.

A really lovely place to stay and look around. The connection to the City center is fantastic and the host is a really nice person. He had so much stuff ready for our arrival. Excellent base for our vacation in Glasgow
