3 bed caravan, sleeps 8. With decking, double glazing & central heating. Diamond rated.

Modern fitted kitchen with full size oven/hob, microwave & full sized fridge/freezer. Dining area with table/chairs seating 4 guests.
Lounge with smart TV/Freeview, DVD player, Xbox 360 games console (with 1 controller & selection of games) and double sofa bed.

Bed 1: Double bed with TV/Freeview and en-suite toilet/wash basin.
Bed 2: Two single beds and TV/Freeview
Bed 3: Two single beds and TV/Freeview

Family shower room with toilet and wash basin.

Fishing is available in the lake, and has proved to produce quality sized carp! Fishing licence will need to be shown.

This is exactly what i wanted for my sons stay for his birthday with his friend, they had xbox wifi witch was a bonus🙂 will definitely book again absolutely lovely caravan

Clean and comfortable

Excellent accommodation

We had a lovely stay didn’t need to speak to owner that’s the reason for 1 star nice that we had tvs in all the rooms and an Xbox. The only downfall is the entertainment passes as for a big family it is expensive

Great location and immaculately kept

This caravan is fantastic, so well laid out with just about everything you need for a relaxing break The caravan was spotless when we arrived and exceeeded our expectations, we would definitely stay here again I love the balcony with the seating area. Inside there is a full sized fridge with freezer and fully equipped kitchen The beds were comfortable and the fan was appreciated too

The place was good. And we find it smart, only wiffi was missing i think if you add wiffi it will be perfect, because the network is a problem at that area

Lovely caravan

Modern comfortable, spotless home. Highly recommend. Very comfortable beds. Shower is excellent. Very modern and up to date. Ideal for everyone nice touches if you have children (or grown ups) dvds and xbox included. Would stay hopefully soon. Such a lovely place.

Perfect caravan

I cant fault the caravan at all. It had everything we needed. There was an iron, ironing board& hairdryer. The entertainment club was just a walk around the corner. Aldi was 5 minutes away in the car. Will definitely be coming back here. Thanks for making our stay wonderful
