Lovely caravan with a cosy interior, boasting large outside decking for guests to sit and enjoy the sunshine on. Only a short drive to the fantastic seaside town of Skegness. Great for a family seaside break!

3 bed caravan, sleeps 8. With pond views, decking, double glazing and central heating. Opal rated

Kitchen with, full size oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining area (seats four guests).
Lounge with TV/Freeview, electric fire, double sofa bed and double doors leading to decking area.

Bed 1: Double bed with en-suite toilet and wash basin.
Bed 2: Two single beds
Bed 3: Two single beds

Family shower room with toilet and wash basin.

Fishing is available in the lake, and has proved to produce quality sized carp! Fishing licence will need to be shown
