Spectacular design apartment with a huge terrace with panoramic views of the sea and Fuerteventura.
Located in the old town of Puerto del Carmen, La Tiñosa, two steps from the fishing port, one of the most sought-after and appreciated places, for its traditional seafaring buildings and for its gastronomic offer based on fresh fish.
A unique place to enjoy a dream vacation. Close to all kinds of activities, beaches, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (king size) and the other with two single beds. Bathroom with shower equipped with hairdryer, magnifying mirror and quality amenities (gel / shampoo dispenser and body lotion), spacious living room with 65'' Smart TV (Netflix, HBO Apple tv, Prime video) + Satellite (English channels, Germans, French, Italians,...) Wi-Fi (Fiber optic), air conditioning, dining room and very well equipped kitchen.
A huge south-facing terrace with incredible panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of Fuerteventura with a dining area, with an outdoor shower, a chill out sofa area and comfortable loungers where you can relax and sunbathe with a good book.

In front of the apartment you can easily park on Fuerteventura street as it is intended for the exclusive use of the neighbors.

Total relaxation

The apartment was exactly what was shown online. The huge terrace was perfect for the windy days. We loved that the location was away from the bustle of the town and near the beautiful cliff walk over to Puerto Calero.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment over the Christmas holidays. The huge sun terrace was perfect for chilling and soaking up the sun. Very comfortable sun lounges and seating area. Lovely views over the harbour and just a short walk into the old town. Perfect location close to some lovely bars and restaurants. Professional host, good to communicate with. Would certainly stay again. Agree with another review about a full length mirror would be good to have in there 😉 Thank you Jordi we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

A lovely comfortable apartment in a great location

Very comfortable. Beds excellent, strong shower, well equipped kitchen and lovely big tv with UK channels. Outside the terrace totally lived up to all our expectations. Would definitely return.Listing on Vrbo needs adjusting. There is no parking on the road the apartment is situated on and there is no dining room -just a small breakfast bar with stools. However the outside table was excellent.

Just Fabulous!

The other reviews have said it all before. This is a fabulous apartment with an amazing sunny terrace. Sun loungers, sofa and bed all very comfortable. There isn’t anything not to like! The couple of small issues we had were dealt with quickly by the host. If I’m being really picky the only small thing missing is a full length mirror. We are already looking at dates to book our next stay here - can’t wait!

Alles super!

Wir wurden zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts wegen eines Defekts an der Klimaanlage für einige Tage in einer anderen Ferienwohnung untergebracht, die aber ebenfalls schön war. Die Managerin vor Ort (danke, Louise!) war sehr zuvor zuvorkommend und hilfreich, danke dafür. Casa Lola war toll, wir würden wieder kommen!

Our second time at this wonderful apartment

Everything about this apartment is excellent. Location - a few minutes from some great restaurants e.g. La Chalana. Great views over the harbour, and only a few minutes walk down to the restaurants at the harbour. Small supermarket very close by. Cleanliness - immaculate as it was on our first stay. The apartment itself - spacious, very well equipped, home from home and a fantastic large terrace. Communication with the host - first class! Jordi checks in with you on WhatsApp to see if all is OK. Responds immediately to any questions. This is our second visit and we'd certainly return again.

Modernes Appartement mit riesengroßer Terrasse

Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, genügend Geschirr, viele Hand- und Badetücher usw. Von der wunderschönen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Meerblick. Wir haben viel Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht. Der online checken ist einfach und unkompliziert. Wir haben einen Link zu einer Seite erhalten, auf der es viele nützliche Tipps gibt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft jedenfalls weiter.

Fabulous Apartment

This is an absolutely fabulous apartment. Just five minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars the apartment is located in a lovely quiet area. The apartment is spotlessly clean and is very luxurious. The terrace of the apartment is huge and we spent a majority of our time on it which has excellent views of the harbour. Communication with the host was excellent, enquired if we needed anything and replied promptly to any queries. If we were to return to Lanzarote this apartment would be the only one I would consider,

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Ausblick.

Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist optimal. In der Nähe gibt es kleinere Supermärkte und diverse Restaurants. Ein Auto benötigt man deshalb nicht unbedingt. Vor Anreise erhält man einen Link zu einer App, auf der es diverse Informationen gibt, wie z. B. die Zugangsdaten, Restaurant- und Einkaufsempfehlungen etc. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert und Fragen werden schnell beantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

The perfect apartment

The apartment exceeded all our expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect – immaculately clean, fitted out to top spec, really comfy bed, bright and airy, comfy couch, excellent smart TV. The front terrace is out of this world, bigger than it looks in the photos. Lovely view down to the harbour. The apartment is a few minutes walk to the harbour, a minute or two from the supermarket and there are lovely restaurants very close by. Communication from Jordi was first class. There was only one downside – having to come home. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful apartment.
