Luxury Villa 2BR • 2BA With / Private Pool ⛱

The Villa is composed of one master bedroom with King sized bed and a secondary kids bedroom with a single bed, 2 bathrooms, a living room area with fully equipped kitchen, 3 verandas and of course a private pool that can be heated. Our Deluxe Villa with Private Pool can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

First floor consists of two bedrooms. One with King sized bed and second bedroom with one single bed. There is also a bathroom on this. floor.
Base floor with kitchen, sofa bed and bathroom. Total property size is 72sq. Located in the area of Agia Anna beach Naxos Island.

Upon arrival welcome basket (with organic & local products) welcome kit (bottled water, Nespresso pods, wine and everything for your breakfast)

Let us know your arrival time and we will schedule a free transfer from port or airport of Naxos to our property

“5 stars” doesn’t even begin to cover how wonderful our stay was! The property was gorgeous and very well maintained. The beach was only a 10-15 minute walk away and there is a dedicated parking spot at the property. The true gem of this listing though is Eirini!! She made us feel at home and so comfortable throughout our stay, and provided excellent local recommendations as well. Great communication both before and during our trip. She was also very accommodating when there was an unexpected malfunction (due to damage from a guest before us). We will 100% be coming back to Naxos to stay at one of Eirini’s properties!!!

Incredible!!

My daughters and I had the most wonderful experiences staying here! Eirini was the very best host! She made everything go so smoothly and had many recommendations for us that we thoroughly enjoyed. She went above and beyond! The place was very clean, had all we needed and she was very easy to reach. We would definitely stay here again!!

Best vacation rental ever

Eirini was a wonderful host and the house exceeded our expectations! Everything was spotless and there were thoughtful touches throughout the house that made it instantly feel like a home away from home. We experienced true hospitality throughout our stay. The location is minutes away from excellent restaurants and beaches. We rented an ATV and were able to explore the island and have amazing adventures during the day and appreciated having such a cozy home to return to. Would 💯 recommend

Relaxing, quiet and a fabulous host

While a little away from the beach, this villa was perfect for us as it was quiet but still in walking distance to the ocean, swimming spots and restaurants. Our host Eirini was incredible, very generous with her time and went above and beyond for us and our 3 year old boy. Bathrooms are a little smaller then the photos represent, but well appointed with lots of toiletries etc. Comfortable, clean and friendly. Would recommend.

A Stone’s Throw from the Beach

About a 10 minute walk away from the beach, coffee shops, and fish taverns, this new two story villa is a convenient and comfortable refuge. Equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is enough for up to four guests. The pool is the perfect size and absolutely refreshing. Our host, Eirini was amazing to work with. Kind hearted and generous, she attended to our every need and helped to create a special Paros experience for our family. She had many suggestions for sightseeing in Paros and provided superb recommendations for dining locally. We all had a memorable time and are already talking of returning soon.

Best Hostess Ever! (Great suite too!)

Of all the vacations and places we’ve been fortunate enough to visit, Eirini has been the absolute best hostess ever. From check in to check out and days in between Eirini was nothing short of spectacular. She arranged many transfers for us along with great recommendations and was very responsive always. She truly felt like family during our visit. The property is in a good location within walking distance of great beaches and Agia Anna. The suite was immaculate and the welcome basket was always stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We were not left wanting for amenities as there were more than enough and worked very well. The a/c was great and having washing detergent available was a big bonus!

Absolutely Fantastic

This is THE place to stay in Naxos. It is only a few minutes by car from the airport or ferry port, close to the beach, but quiet and tranquil for relaxing evenings. The villa is beautiful and even better than advertised. It is absolutely spotless. A lovely breakfast basket, juice, water, and milk are all provided on check-in. The beds are super comfortable, the A/C works perfectly, and the linen is superb. The best part is Eirini. She is the BEST hostess. She took pride in her villas, providing truly personalized service, and even checked in on us after we left to make sure we made it to our next island. Even though Naxos and the villa were amazing, Eirini made our vacation perfect.

Absolutely the best

The second we stepped off the plane, we were greeted by Eirini with huge smiles and ideas for our days ahead. The recommendations for restaurants, beaches and exploring, she did not miss! The Villa was perfect. Cleaned and re-supplied every day. Comfortable beds for us and our 2 teens. If you didn’t want to walk the 7 minutes to the beach, you just stay in and relax by your private pool. Absolute heaven! We miss you already Eirini. The perfect host and now friend. Thank you!!

Beautiful villa, outstanding gost

This beautiful villa is tucked away in a quiet area, just a short walk from Agia Anna Beach and several fantastic restaurants. Conveniently located, it’s only a few minutes by car from both the airport and the port, and offers free on-site parking.We stayed in a unit with a lovely private pool, where we enjoyed peaceful, relaxing evenings after days spent at the beach or exploring the island of Naxos. The beds were very comfortable, and each room was equipped with air conditioning and a TV. Daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, and fresh towels for both the bathroom and the pool were provided every day.The hostess, Eirini, was absolutely exceptional. She reached out to us before our arrival, greeted us in person at check-in, gave us a tour of the villa, and shared helpful tips on what to see and do around the island. A thoughtful basket containing cookies, juice, water, and milk was waiting for us in the unit upon check-in. Eirini went above and beyond, and even arranged for a rental car to be delivered directly to the property. She was always quick to respond to any questions, and even checked in with us after our stay to make sure we had arrived safely at our next destination. Her warmth and positive energy truly made our time in Naxos unforgettable.We would return to her villa in a heartbeat!

Wow! This little gem far exceeded our expectations!!

First, the property itself is exactly as shown. It is immaculate and well cared for. 3 outdoor spaces!!!! There is cleaning/service daily. You can easily walk to the beach, to one of MANY taverns or access groceries on foot. The water is filtered and drinkable from the tap. The pool is perfection after a hot day at the beach or touring about. There was a lovely basket of local goods to snack and breakfast with. A/C worked like a charm. The best part though, was Eirini, our host who literally made our trip! Her recommendations allowed us to see things in Naxos that we might not have known about. We visited villages, restaurants and beaches knowing exactly what to do. A car is highly recommended ... splurge on an automatic ... the roads are narrow and winding. We give this rental 100🌟. Thanks to our most gracious host. We hope our paths will cross once more.

Paradise in Agia Anna on Naxos Island

We enjoyed 1 week at this beautiful location. The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious and modern. The walk to the beach was a short 8 minutes. The beach was perfect. Beautiful crystal clear water and white sand. This has been our favourite beach in comparison to others we’ve visited. The pool was perfect to cool off in after the beach. Can’t say enough about the food. Everything we tried was delicious. All home grown right on Naxos island. You must try as many Greek dishes as possible. We rented an ATV to explore the island and small villages (would recommend doing this). No words can describe the love and care of the owner and now our friend Eirinni. She picked us up at the ferry and took us back on departing. She offered to take us where we needed to go. She helped when our ferry was cancelled and offered us to stay an additional night if needed free of charge. She sent us recommendations of restaurants and sightseeing. Our villa was stocked with a beautiful welcome basket of local treats, coffee and a bottle of champagne. The villa was cleaned daily. She checked in on us frequently to ensure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our time. We will definitely be back to see you again Eirinni and the beautiful island of Naxos. ευχαριστώ ❤️

Eirini was the best host! Her villa is beautiful with a great location.

Eirini was the best. By the end of our stay we felt like we were part of her family. She met us at the airport and brought us to the villa, gave us all the recommendations and assisted us when ever we were in need. She was very responsive over whatsapps. We have never had service like this before. On top of the incredible service, her villa was beautiful and the private pool was amazing. We recommend to everyone! We will be back!

A private oasis in a fun beach town

Excellent villa. The private pool is perfect for beating the sun during the heat of the day and a quick dip after dinner. Walk to the beach is 5-7 minutes. Not bad at all. Numerous options for chair and umbrella service as well as public space. Restaurants for take away and dine in had plenty of variety. Most overlook the sunset and make for a great photo in the evening. Lastly, as a host, Eirini is in a class by herself. She did everything she could to make our stay unforgettable. Only regret is we could not stay longer.

Luxury every day (not just on a Sunday!)

My experience from the moment i booked at the Sunday Luxury Suites until the moment i stepped on the departing ferry has been one of luxury, quality and care. Eirini has poured love and passion into the property and was outstanding in her swift responses to questions prior to our arrival (some which were totally unrelated to the villa such as ferry bookings and even organised for an ATV to be delivered directly to the villa!), daily check ins and help (incl pick up/drop off from the ferry). The villa feels brand new with everything sparkling clean and high quality towels, linen and all furniture. The pool was a welcome relief from the sun and away from the busy beaches. Upon arrival there was a packed basket full of food items incl tea, coffee, crackers, biscuits, bread, jam and much more. The pressure in the showers were really strong and lots of heat (if you need it!), the air con in every room worked perfectly and there’s plenty of space for clothes, toiletries etc. it was lovely to return from our daily adventures to find everything perfectly cleaned and tidied. The Naxos sun in June is hot and relentless so having a haven for cool relaxation, great nights sleep (bed SO comfy and great pillows) and ability to have meals at ‘home’ was priceless. If you want a holiday to remember and a perfect stay book with Sunday Luxury Suites as it’s a luxury experience and Eirini is an outstanding hostess! Ps bring your own Netflix password to access on the tvs! Thanks Eirini, we loved every single second of our week long stay and not sure our remaining accommodation will come close!

We had a very amazing time in that really outstanding villa with pool. The hosts Eirini and here daughter Sofia are very lovely and nice people. They even gave us a tour through Naxos and showed us a very beautiful village and gave us the feeling to be friends. The villa is lovely and fancy decorated and you will find everything you need for your perfect stay. If you want to leave the accomodation (and the pool, but only if you want) you will find by a short walk a lot of restaurants at the beach. Do not miss to try this wonderful place out.
