The property has two bright and comfortable floors. On the main level, you will find a spacious living-dining room with different relaxation areas, a large picture window with fantastic views, and a fully equipped open kitchen. From here, you can access a magnificent terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for sunbathing, dining outdoors or simply relaxing while enjoying the views of the sea, the mountains and the garden.
This floor also includes a full bathroom and a laundry area.
The upper floor features four bright bedrooms and three bathrooms.
– One bedroom with two single beds and access to an upper terrace.
– One bedroom with two bunk beds and a sofa, also with access to the terrace.
– One double bedroom with a private bathroom and access to the terrace.
– One double bedroom with a private bathroom and direct access to the garden.
The house is spacious, comfortable and very bright, surrounded by garden areas and peaceful spots to unwind at any moment. Perfect for families or groups seeking tranquillity, space and stunning views.
Conditions and extras
– Bed linen and towels not included (optional rental: €16/person).
– Tourist tax not included: €1.00 per person/day (over 16 years old, max. 7 days).
– Security deposit: €1000, blocked upon arrival by credit card and released on departure.
