Charming authentic French top floor apartment with stunning views of the old city of Antibes and a glimpse of the sea and the Alps!
The property has 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom (with double sink, bathtub, shower, washing machine and dryer) and a large family sitting-room/dining-room/well equipped kitchen that has sofa bed.
It is at 2 minutes walk from the beach and the sea and all local shops.

The space
This recently refurnished apartment is comfortable and cosy with high speed Wifi, cable TV and international channels. It also a well equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all cutlery, glasses and plates... to host your every meals together. This large space is an ideal place to welcome the whole family before going to the beach or the Provencal market (both located within seconds of the flat) - it is focal point for gathering for all meals of the day.

The location of the apartments is exceptional because everything is within walking distance: the white sand beaches of Gravette and Ponteil (400 meters away each - 2 minutes walk) through historical Antibes streets, the walk around the ramparts (70m - 1 minute walk) and the sea a few feet away, plenty of shops and restaurants, the Picasso Museum (50 m - 1 minute away), the famous harbor of yachts (200 m - 2 minutes away), the bus station (300 m - 2 minutes walk) or the train Station (1,2 km - 12 minutes walk) should you wish to discover the nearby cities (Cannes – Nice – Monte Carlo - Menton).

Apartment was great. It was clean with plenty of room for our family of 5. Kitchen had everything you need and the a/c & washer/dryer were a big plus. Located in the heart of Antibes, close to everything. Host was excellent and provided very clear instructions and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The other reviews about the steep stairs are correct, which wasn’t an issue for us but could be if someone isn’t able to get around very well. We had a car and there isn’t any onsite parking, but we found a garage nearby. It was a great experience!

The pros: The apartment is very cute, clean and centrally located. The beach is just down the street and the incredible market is right below you. Cons: The incredible market is right below you, which is noisy with live music at night if you have children going to sleep. Additionally, there is no parking on site or close by. Parking at the nearest parkade was very expensive (we paid 80 for less than 48 hours) and was a bit of a walk (about 10 minutes). Hauling our luggage and groceries from the parkade, through the crowded streets and up 3 flights of stairs was quite challenging in the summer heat. We arrived about 3 hours before check in, and weren’t able to drop even the groceries off early for reasons that were never explained, so had to throw most of them out after they sat on the hot parkade all afternoon.

Charming French Stay in the Heart of Antibes

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and well-appointed Vrbo in the heart of Antibes. The apartment had a classic French feel, with tasteful decor and everything we needed. It comfortably accommodated us with two bedrooms and a futon, and the pretty view was a lovely bonus. Everything was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better—right in the middle of Antibes, close to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. The stairs are a bit steep, but the cozy bar in the basement level added a unique and fun touch to our stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Nice apartment in a great location

We are a family of 4, 2 kids (11 and 14 years old). This apartment is in central Antibes with a great atmosphere. Great location for all amenities. Having AC in main living area and bedrooms was great. Minor points are the 3 flights of stairs and spiral staircase, might not be suitable for all. The apartment is above a bar (not directly) which does get quite lively.

A fantastic apartment, very central. Easy to walk everywhere! I was worried about how to get there but surprisingly fine too. Taxi dropped us at 13 sade (bottom on the street/plaza), place was 1 Sade (a 2 minute walk up a cute street). It’s located on the 3rd floor but the character and how you get to it makes the place so special. It’s bright with lots of balcony and great views (sunset too). The only down was bathroom in main floor not in bedroom levels as the bedroom are basically in the “roof”. A cool place full of characters especially the awesome absinthe bar at bottom (zero noise at night. All so convenient! Just call the guy and he will give you code to get keys at the door to go up. We LOVED it!!

Super centrally located with easy access to everything. Cute apartment, sweet view. Excellent host communication. A bit of a funky smell, hard pillows, very steep stairs. It worked for us and was a decent price for the location.

Le séjour s'est bien passé, les équipements fournis étaient fonctionnels. Cependant, lors de notre séjour il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans l'appartement qui était toujours présente. De plus, le nombre de serviettes fournies corresponde exactement au nombre d'occupants, donc pour un long séjour il est nécessaire de laver celles-ci fréquemment.

Great apartment, great location .

Great place to stay. Not an issue for us, but be aware there are some steep, spiral stairs to the apartment. No big issue though.

Great Location at the marketplace

- Nice Place at the Heart of the city - therefore, please be aware that the parking is some minutes away and even dropping of your bags of family can be in issue die to restrictions of the market - it is a perfect spot to discover all the nice bars and Restaurants, therefore 5 stars and clear recommendation

Stay at Sade

We had a lovely stay at Sade. My wife, our 4 year old boy and I. There are actually 2 separate bedrooms, which is great, as most of the other listings are extremely misleading about this. There is also a sofa bed in the living space so you really could have 6 people stay quite comfortably. The living space on the bottom floor of the maisonette is very spacious and airy. It is directly above the Marche Provencal so if you open the windows then you can hear all the hustle and bustle. The windows are very good and insulating, by the way. A slight caution is that the property is on the 3rd floor up steep steeps, so not really suitable for elderly. There were just a couple of tiny constructive criticisms, which I'm sure could easily be amended - in my humble opinion it could really do with feather pillows, the fridge is pretty loud so if anyone sleeps in the living room it may be a problem. All appliances and linen etc are as listed, which is great. We would love to stay again and will be telling friends.
