This beautiful and modern villa in Albufeira has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. With 200 m², it is situated on the seafront, offering stunning views.



The property is 50 m from the sandy beach "Túnel" and the supermarket. In addition, it is conveniently located 5 km from the golf course "Salgados", 12 km from the train station "Albufeira" and 34 km from the airport "Faro". Ideal for families.



The villa is equipped with garden furniture, terrace, central heating and air conditioning in all rooms. You will also find amenities such as internet access (Wi-Fi), a hairdryer and a TV with satellite channels in several languages.



The electric kitchenette is complete, including fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery and kitchenware, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.

Location was wonderful. Hard to find parking in the area. One of the rooms were musty and smelled like mold. When you first walk in there is a strong smell of sulfur/sewer scent. But location is definitely a plus. The view was beautiful!

The house is a two minute walk from the beach and there are lots of restaurants/bars in the area. We enjoyed the amazing view and breakfast on the terrace. The air conditioning worked well and helped us get a good night sleep. The house could use new towels and linens. We also had to store any opened food items in the refrigerator to keep some ants in the kitchen away.

Great house, lively location

The house is overlooking a busy and lively beach area, which includes the tunnel to the Old Town. The dining room and living room have great ocean/beach views, and the house itself is gorgeous and modern.A couple of points: Because it's right above the beach, there is foot traffic going by the house frequently so it's not secluded. The downstairs bedroom windows are on the street side so we kept the blinds down. We found that the parking was tight but manageable on the street below, but one night we ended up parking a few blocks away.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the beach-front view and vibe. Definitely recommended!

Property in an excellent location positioned at an Historic Gun Battery high point on cliff, with beautiful views. Difficulty in parking if you have hired a car, very noisy until 02:30 on most nights.Lovely property which has seen better daysThe shower bathroom on the ground floor had a particularly strong sewer smell which didn’t improve with use, bedrooms were stale smelling.In my opinion it was not worth the money and I’m sorry but I wouldn’t return.
