Bright and quiet apartment in a Baroque building on the 3rd floor with elevator, just meters from the historic Ballarò market and Palazzo Sant'Elia on Via Maqueda. It comprises a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a large shower, and a bright kitchen with a dining table.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, heat pumps, Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, CO2 sensors, and a fire extinguisher.
I am available for any advice or information.
Free street parking is available.

Perfect stay!

This property was even better then the pictures. Anna was absolutely wonderful, she had a complete guide to Palermo waiting for us with many recommendations! The flat was clean, roomy, and perfect for us 2. I would highly recommend staying here!

Loved it it was perfect. We got to be right where we wanted to be to enjoy the old town and it gave us inspiration for coming back and really enjoying Sicily again. Thank you Anna for a lovely day here home is beautiful and the people in Palermo were lovely. Thanks again.

Il y a eu des difficultés avec le chauffage et l’eau chaude. Par contre la propriétaire a été très aimable et est venue ou a réglé le problème par téléphone. Généreuse pour l’aide et l’information. Appartement confortable et bien situé.
