Fabulous finca with a Mediterranean character surrounded by nature just 4 kilometers from Campos, in the southeast area of the island of Mallorca.
This property has approximately 270 square meters built and consists of a main building and another completely independent guest house.
The main building is fully equipped and has 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning, distributed as follows:
- Double Bedroom: 2 single beds (together)
- Double Bedroom: 1 180x200 bed
- Double Bedroom: 1 180x200 bed
It also has 2 full bathrooms with bathtub, kitchen and living room and an extra living room with air conditioning in a private turret.
Outside it has an extensive private pine forest that covers approximately 20,000 square meters and parking area for several vehicles. It has a beautiful private 10x5 pool with different depths with sun loungers and shaded areas.
For your entertainment you have at your disposal table tennis, table football, Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV and barbecue. Children are welcome to can feed the chickens if they wish.
The separate  guest  house also has 2 double bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  
€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   
€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.   
'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   
The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).  
In case you have a HOTMAIL account and after 12 hours you do not have received any answer, please check your SPAM-file.   
Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   
The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. Further information about that amount can be find in the following link:   (HIDDEN URL)   
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.  
A cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged in case of bringing pets
