Buković is a small village located in a rural area, and is integral part of the town of Benkovac. Benkovac is located 30 km east of the city of Zadar and 23 km from one of the largest tourist destinations on the Adriatic, Biograd na Moru. Biograd na Moru is a city where families with children, young people looking for fun, sailors in love with the open sea and islands, athletes and all other adrenaline lovers, natural beauty explorers, couples looking for romantic places and admirers of cultural and historical heritage feel equally welcome.

This brand-new villa is located in a remote area with only a few neighbors and complete privacy is guaranteed. Located in the green valley, overlooking beautiful garden, almond and olive trees. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Everything is brand new and open floor plan living. The outdoor area is dominated by a private pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is also a barbecue to prepare traditional Dalmatian specialties.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus und der Pool waren Mega schön. Das einzig negative was wir berichten können war der verstopfte Abfluss in der Dusche der bei jedem duschen das ganze Badezimmer flutete. Sonst wirklich sehr schönes Haus und alles da was man braucht

Een leuk huis. Een mooie ruwe omgeving, om te wandelen. Enkele mooie dorpjes en stadjes in de omgeving en bovendien fijne buren.

Sehr schönes Haus.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und komplett ausgestattet. Es liegt ländlich mit sehr netten älteren Nachbarn, die uns mit Gebäck und Obst versorgt haben. Die Komunikation und Betreuung mit und von Lana war freundlich und nett. Auch bei kleineren Problemen war sie sofort da. Wir kommen wieder.

Eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser

Wir waren zu fünft in den Ferienhaus und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt,.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief reibungslos. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und der Pool war sehr sehr toll. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung im online Portal. Die Lage ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung…Zadar, Biograd oder die vielen Nationalparks. Die Nachbarin hat uns mit frischen Weintrauben und selber gebackenem Kuchen/Gebäck versorgt. Bei Fragen oder Problemen hat uns Lana sofort weitergeholfen und war zur Stelle falls erforderlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Fidèle aux photos et au descriptif, la maison est juste superbe : moderne, confortable et hyper équipée. Sans oublier la piscine. Tout est réuni pour passer d’excellentes vacances. Lana nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et est hyper réactive. Les voisins sont également charmants, nous apportant fruits et légumes de leur jardin. Les plages se trouvent à 20 minutes en voiture. L’emplacement était parfait pour nous, une fois rentrés de la plage, on était au calme et on pouvait profiter pleinement de la piscine. C’était notre première fois en Croatie et nous n’avons pas regretté notre choix. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
