Duplex with 130m2, fully furnished and equipped in the centre of Albufeira. 100 meters from Praia dos Pescadores (one of the most photographed in the whole Algarve and where the biggest New Year's Eve in Portugal takes place))
A cosy and stunning property to enjoy your holidays peacefully in a luxurious building.
The Duplex is situated on the 5th and 6th floor, with two balconies, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite.
A super equipped kitchen, a large and comfortable lounge and living room
Parking place available with an additional cost, and an automatic gate and interior lift.
Outside, the building has an unparalleled privacy and integrates with two panoramic lifts and swimming pool located on the 3rd floor, with stunning views over the old town and the beach.
It has surveillance cameras and is all fenced.

Review of Albufeira holiday apt

Overall the property is clean, quiet and in great location. Our check in process was not smooth. We were told someone would be there to either take our bags or check us in. Nobody was there and we were not provided a phone number. Once we were able to access wifi and reach out on VRBO we got a quick response and someone came to let us in and allowed us to check in early. However another couple we met who stayed in same place was sent door codes and contact info in advance. Lots of space, good deck and views.of water. A couple of towels were dirty and had holes. Kettle leaked water

Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung. Und wir werden sie bestimmt wieder buchen. Sowohl die Einrichtung der Wohnung als auch ihre Lage sind einfach unschlagbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich habe auch es bei Google geschrieben: Nicht billig, aber dafür jeden Cent wert.

Tolle Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar; sehr schön eingerichtet. Sie hat zwei geräumige Balkone mit Blick auf die Praia dos Pescadores, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, zwei schöne Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und eine reizende Küche mit dem Look einer Schiffsbrücke. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Zwei kleine Wermutstropfen: * das Haus ist hellhörig * das heiße Wasser zum Duschen fließt spärlich (was man wahrscheinlich nur im Winter bemerkt) Abgesehen davon: Perfekt!
